For those of us who have hearing issues I found it helpful to use the phone to record the clicking and turn it up as the video shows. I couldn't hear clicking without recording. Thanks for the video.
Ok your a damn rock star man thank you for this tip I used my camera to get the audio feed back you did and found it in seconds thank you so much for this video
Nice tip about the clicking. I didn't know that. I had a problem one. I disconnected it, used a little contact cleaner on both connectors, plugged it back and presto. I get clicking and no more errors on the display and FORscan is showing no errors as well. Thanks.
Need to order mine yet so I haven't changed it, but it's ironic that it's the same one you've changed out. And before I reviewed your video, I saw another that showed were to disconnect the sensors under the dash board, so if you're not able to change right away that could help from being annoyed with the "warning" as it comes up each time you start--until you hit "OK" on the steering wheel. Also before I order, I might have to try the contact cleaner trick that Steve Pierce mentions as my issue is intermittent----so it might be a contact issue as the truck has had a good bit of dirt/mud on it...Either way, excellent quick fixer for the DYI folks---THANKS!
I have the same code. Plus my backup can’t working. It’s a 2013 explorer. So I’m guessing it’s most likely the same problem. But also heard it can be a fuse.
So I backed into ranger with 2017 super duty replaced with 2023 saw on forum that they fit buy is wiring different in 8 pin plug any help is a plus please
Excellent video, thanks. I just started having this issue on my 2015 F350. Question, did you magnify the clicking sound? I can barely hear the clicking on my truck and it appears that 2 of my sensors are bad.
@@oakwoodstockfarm7017 I had 2 bad sensors that I replaced and everything worked great for about one week then I started getting the warning message again. I'm not hearing the clicking from any of the sensors and finding it hard to believe that all sensors are bad. Is there something else which could cause all 4 not to be working? Thanks.

Not sure what it is if they are all clicking? Most dealers will run a diagnostic check for free, might detect a faulty one that you can replace yourself, or they find something else
The message is for a fault in any 1 or all the sensors or the parking aid module (PAM). It should have a code if you use a scan tool. I think Autozone will check it for free.
@@Dcpits I was able to tract it to the driver's outside sensor using an ODB2 reader. Now i just have to figure out how to get the bumper pulled away so I can change it.

OMG… that worked amazing! Thanks a million… couldn’t hear a peep without the phone.. on the phone recording was loud and clear… 🙏
This video was perfect. I had all four sensors replaced in less than 30min.
Side note. I bought all 4 sensors off Amazon 2:46 for less than $25

Thank you for saving me the $400 working on my F250 super duty 2016. ❤ dealership is getting really expensive.

Very helpful. Thank you very much. I fixed mine just like that.

Great vid, thanks!

Good report!

Sound wasn’t magnified, that’s what the phone picked up when I brought it close to the sensor. It’s not as loud if you’re just using your ear

Thanks so much!!!!!!!!!!!
Mine is doing this too worked fine then didnt will it make the engine light cone on???
You’ll only get the warning message on the dash
Mine has a code for all 4 , is there like main plug somewhere or something along those lines
It could be as simple as a blown fuse, a broken wire/bad ground, or it’s possible they all went bad. Hard to tell without looking at it
Ryan did you ever find out what the problem was? All four of mine are out as well.

Where did you get your new sensor from ? What's the part # for Dorman?
OReillys, all the info starts around 1:28 in the video
@Oakwood Stock Farm Thanks paused it and took a screenshot picture.
None of mine click. It seems unlikely all could be bad. Replace them all or is it something else?
Odd that none of them click… check the fuse first, can’t imagine all went out at the same time
Thank you for the
I'm getting this message currently but all my sensors are clicking, what else could it be?

What are the odds that all 4 would go out at once on a 2013 Explorer? None of mine are clicking.
Odd to have all 4 out at the same time, unless the fuse went out

What is it when none of them are clicking
I’d check fuses
Rockauto has same parts, cheaper
