0% regret getting one. I use it so much more than my Pro just because of its portability. Simply grab and go. I've never had issues with lags or overheating. I'm so accustomed to its amazing silence that I now pick up fan speed sounds on other computers I used to not notice.

If you can please reply it would mean a lot to me and would help me to make my decision.

Open stuff, move stuff, edit stuff etc. It's how the laptops compare in real life use that truly demonstrates what consumers will see. honestly, I have this MacBook. I wanted a mac that wouldn't be to heavy. that will be easy to cary around. something I can use as a daily computer with having all the bulk. I love this MacBook the dongle thing isn't a deal breaker for me. I have the 512 core M5 processor. to my experience; it is as good as a MacBook Air. I would have gotten a pro but I don't really need all that power. this MacBook is perfect for my needs.
