- I've been super hype about helldivers 2 since I saw the first trailer and watching it blow up to the point of not being able to handle the amount of players has been incredibly gratifying. This game is a cinematic experience and at the same time one of the best co op shooters on the market. If your friends are dragging their feet, spam them with gameplay clips because they're missing out on an amazing co op experience.

Nothin' like a Stalltt Sunday to get things going. This game has really hit the right spots and they seem to genuinely respect the playerbase. I'm excited to see what they have in store in the future. Assuming they can fix the issues caused by their popularity, of course.

Really hoping they nix their current anti-cheat. It is causing issues for quite a few players. I personally think the game looks amazing, and especially with the EDF delay, would absolutely pick it up, if they got rid of that Nprotect malware they call an anti-cheat.
.....anyone know if this game just works on linux? not finding anything on it and steam says steamdeck is "playable"
ProtonDB is what you're looking for. It has a Gold ranking and people are reporting it works well. I'm surprised honestly! Especially with it having multiplayer

suffering from success, they just hit 340k concurrent players on steam right now which probably means at least 500k total including on PS5. That's a lotta connections to manage for a team that expected 1/10th of that number on a good day

yeah it's a ps5 game so if your rig isn't better than a ps5 it can be rough going
