- I’m taking a look at the complete history of the Titanfall universe. I’m covering everything from the Frontier Wars to the IMC’s fall from grace. You’ll learn all about the mechs, the factions, and the pilots that made this such an iconic video game series. Knowing Respawn the likelihood of Titanfall 3 happening is when all Titanfall fans are very old and pretty much already suck and ruin the franchise from EA and most likely will be under sweat baby inc and then make jack copper actions in TF2 a quote "a useless male action compared to a strong unlikable female in the next game just because we want to make an example for the LGBTQ community" so for that reason I would rather have not a TF3 in today standard then have it at all
Respawn that brought us titanfall is dead.
This new respawn just does apex. And nothing else
look, I as much as anyone want more titanfall, but trust me bud, you don't want a new titanfall made by the current respawn. it's basically a puppet for EA now, and god only knows how much microtransactions would be in that game.

TF1 changed everything for me. Titanfall 2 perfected that.
TF2 is better, but I think tf1 was so great that it's easy to get blindsided by that
@@voidvoidvoid7274 I disagree.. The only thing TF2 had right was the sliding. Rest of it was an downgrade. TF1 had unique artsyle and setting and then TF2 just downgraded and made everything mediocre.
Redownloaded Titanfall 2 a few weeks ago and have been having so much fun with the movement and I missed my Monarch. This was a blessing to me today while I do laundry. Thanks for the passion. TITANFALL 3 PLEASE RESPAWN!!!!

It might be pretty played out since the game has been out for almost 20 years now but a video on the lore of half life 2 and the combine could be really cool especially with the hl3 leaks going around i think it could be good time to do that.

I take that back, I thought I knew the lore but never mind. Wow this video is good. So many small details that made this world just much brighter! Liked for the algorithm gods. Also how long did it take you to compile all of the information about titanfall into one script?
I probably didn't go as deep as I could have gone as well, like the individual characters and their profiles. As for how long it took, I started the research back in Feb of this year and finished it off in early July. Spent about 3 weeks writing the script and about that long editing it.

One thing I wish that would be confirmed is that if the militia remained as faction, providing order and protection in the frontier, one day to travel to the outlands and spread the words of militia victory and restore the outlands connection to the frontier (Bc Bangalore said that it would take 20yrs to go back to the frontier)

I always got confused by the lore and timeline so now I see that it’s not my fault for not getting it. Love the franchise though and would love to see another game in universe
This may be my own personal bias, but I believe that the IMC should’ve never broken apart into its disorderly factionalism it should’ve probably won the frontier war against the militia, just due to the overwhelming power that the IMC held as its disposal to see the height of their power, where they owned earth, the core systems in bits of the frontier all the way down to even Hammond robotics no longer being associated with the IMC after it dissolved, it is hard to believe, that this power house

As one of my favorite games series...I miss it alot. It was hard to keep playing titanfall 1 watching the online numbers drop and drop to under 50 online at a time. So sad, but thank you for bringing this Gem back into my life. Rock on buddy.

I don't play EA games so this is mostly new to me. Saying the pilots of the Titans "came to be known as Titan Pilots" is just such a strange way to put it, but this is an over an hour long video so I suppose I should expect some awkward bits here or there. XD

Weird that the titans weren’t used extensively in combat until the Titan Wars if they were developed around 500 years before
the core system conflicts were dominated mostly by stalker and specter use because of the lower cost of manufacturing. titans were much more expensive to build, not including the time needed to train a pilot. really, the core system conflicts was (were? grammar is hard) a war of manufacturing -- imc production vs the other companies operating in said systems. titans didn't have a chance to shine until the titan wars (which began nearly four centuries after the CSC began, and two centuries after things escalated into full-blown war), hence why it took so long before they saw extensive use in combat.

That is actually on my list. On my other channel I have been doing a MW5 mercs playthrough with friends.

Personally I think that whatever element Hammond discovered in that asteroid was some rogue bit of pure Branthium. Maybe a clump of the stuff got jettisoned out of the accretion disk of a black hole, idk. As for the Titan batteries, I’m pretty sure those are just very compact nuclear reactors. There are several instances across the lore where Titans detonate there cores (also Nuke Eject). Idk what the fast-than-light travel could be
I kinda wish in Titanfall 3 we would have a Campaign where we play as IMC .
The fact that the Campaign in TF1 let us Play as IMC was so great i wish we would get a Game where we play as IMC and Face off against The Frontier and The Militia.
Really wish TF 1 was still available. I miss it.

Titan fall 2 is my favourite game possibly ever I have played the campaign I think 20 times. Most of thoughts on the hardest difficulty. Every day I hope for an announcement for a 3rd installation but sadly like halo pulling there act together I don't think it will happen.

26:59 why was the leader of the entire faction personally on the strike team? Seems like a liability.
Is there any lore regarding the phase shift technology used for example by Ronin? If I remember right its not the same thing as the time fold weapon as it does not move one through time but through dimensions. If I remember right it was only mentioned twice in all of this video, but without any explanation at all.
There are some hints from apex but it honestly sounds more like it was just a cool game mechanic they came up with and never have bothered to elaborate more on it in terms of lore.
My best guess is that it is linked to warp travel which is itself almost instant transmission. So it's likely some kind of mini localized warp.
It's kinda weird really how they took the whole campaign of Titanfall 2 to explain the time warping, but never bothered to even mention this once, besides it being far more commonly used in the games.
As I said in the video, Respawn wasn't really worried about a coherent explainable universe as much as they wanted to make a fun game with a good story. Most of the attempts to explain the Titanfall verse came with Apex Legends.

I need Titanfall 3. I know 2 dudn't sell well. But they launched with a new Call of Duty and Battlefield game all at the same time. It didn't stand a chance. Thankfully, it seems to be gaining popularity again. I pray it happens. The story alone deserves more chapters.

They really need to remake the Titanfall lore wise but leave BT and Cooper's existence and timeline pristine.
M core is still a terrorist cell, during operation fracture in the mission if you pay attention you can hear that they are using civillan ships as human sheilds, there also know for using plain clothes insurgents and killing civillian and were also responible for an incident know as hammonds gate. btw General Anderson (not to be confused with Major Anderson) lead M core and the milita before he died just before fracture takes place. man I loved when titanfall was morally grey.
Fun Fact: Sarah Briggs isnt her real name thats why her name in angel city is --Unknown Suspect--. Another fun fact Kuben Blisk is supposed to be a Soicopath who wants nothing more than to cause as much destrction as possible. and is responisble for %95 of all the bad stuff the imc dose in the first games campaign.

RIP Titanfall. Respawn is so focused on cartoonish Apex, that they don't want to revisit Titanfall. I just want to make my TF2 Pilot and slap some goons in my Monarch. Even if we just get a new game that is nothing but Frontier Defense, I'd be happy if it was at least handled well!
