    Thanks Dr. G…..i did it right but only for 2 weeks. NO cheating! I felt really good, as in improved, & Now I know that Six weeks will work for me. In my drinks I used Tons of kale, tons of water (in smoothie & drinking it), ground chia seeds (used coffee bean grinder), & mainly bananas. The challenge for me is to only eat pure vegan AFTER my 6 week session.

    So can I do just smoothies for 6 weeks? How many smoothies? And how do I keep my weight on?

      No, you’ll need to do the salads. Adding avocado, olive, and lots of fresh veggies to your diet for snacks. Protein I would suggest small portion of beans but I don’t think it’s included.

    You also suggest that "not getting results" because of doing it incorrectly, but what treatments of any kind have a 100% recovery rate? none.

    I have read thousands of studies. A study involving 3 people, with no control, no double-blind, etc... is as poor as a study can be.
    Most people would be surprised that even well done, large-scale studies are difficult to produce reliable, repeatable results.

      @@user-by8ce9ym4i I saw on someone’s video who did the protocol that you can add water to your smoothies and that counts toward your daily
