Great runs! I was thinking the S197 was going to take it up top, simply because of his 3.31 gear vs your 3.73, but I was very impressed to see you move on him, even on the runs where he got the jump. How are you liking the Calimer? Do you think the missed shifts were lockouts or driver error, in that you just missed the shift gate? How is the LPX clutch? Lastly, I see you switched to a radial out back. Do you feel that tire vs the ET Street Bias ply is the better tire? Keep eating em up out there! I’m gonna have to call you King of the Street sir! Y’all need an actual crown to hold and defend and/or pass on if a race is ever lost, ( like a prize fighter’s belt). They sell em on Amazon. Be safe out there and get us some 1/4 mile hits at the track if you can, to show us how well it hooks on the launch and pulls through trough the traps.
If you got the rpm up top 373s are the shit...but the 355s in mine are the best all around gears.

Missing 4th because you need a BARTON HYBRID 3 SHIFTER...I never miss a shift since I installed one on my 16 mustang GT... also the BMR 762 kit and differential bushing kit is all you need to eliminate wheelhop. Much better than the Steeda stopthehop kit

What fluid do you run in your trans? Once I started making over 700 basic shit didn’t cut it. Dump that fluid out and throw in Royal Purple. No more missing shifts.

Its the coyote heads...they actually doing 100+% volumetric efficiency...no other stock head flow like a coyote head.
The Ford gt heads on the 5.4 gt and 07-14 gt500s flow pretty damn good. They flow close to em on intake and better on the exhaust side. They can support 1000+ rwhp without any porting or anything pretty easy.

It takes 0 skill and it's nowhere near as engaging. Autos don't automatically win ecsp if the stick car is little bit higher power level.

I would hear people saying how centri's lack the "fun feeling" on the streets but I doubt none of them had a centri with 3.73's. I think it's nice.
They don't make near the power and tq at low street driving rpm compared to a positive displacement but they're still snappy throttle response and fun they make all the right noises. Steeper gearing would obviously make it better but you may run out of gear boosted depending on power level. You need a high revving intake manifold on it so you can rev as far as possible.
@@midnight347 I had a Whipple and a Roush, I know a centri is nothing like the hit of those cars but unlike a centri the others do fall on their face in the higher rpms. All and any power adder is fun though. Just have to pick what you like more.
