i lost 13 in two weeks eating half a cup of oatmeal and 2 eggs, 1 protein shake, and veggies with fish or chicken while fasting 16:8
I bought an iPhone 7 and now I lost weight cuz I can't afford food lol
Not to be mean but this video should be taken down. I saw recent video of this woman and she has not only gained all 30 pounds back. She is also heavier now than she was when she started this fad diet. Moral of the story..... You can not strave your body of food and expect to keep the weight off.
omg so many negative comments... the title says 30 lbs in 30 days what were you expecting her to say. She shared her experience she didn't say she advised everyone to do the same. It works for her then cool for her... sheesh

I lost 20 pounds when I just gave up Fast Food.
I got thanksgiving leftovers in the fridge. This can't happen until all that food has been consumed. It's a distraction that can't be ignored.
Who else is here cause you gained weight in quarantine? Like if you ate your 2 week emergency food supply by day 3 of the quarantine!

Dude I remember watching this years ago when I was 206 pounds and after I lost 60 pounds in 3 months I've never gained the weight back!

true this does work....once you lose the weight....then everybody i recommend going to the gym to tone up.
The truth is you don't have to exercise to lose weight, but the lack of exercise is not health for your internal organs. Exercise helps build muscle and helps you to be less likely to regain. But whatever you do, do all as unto the Lord. Blessings multiplied.
what I did to lose weight is I would drink a cup of green tea after ever single meal. (so six cups) and I ate like I normally would plus I drank lots of water . and I dropped 20 pounds in 30 days. :) (and I HATE green tea but I sucked it up and drank it cause I heard that it works and it did!!)
