      no, not for vacant plots or land, this is only for built hose or tent

      No, not as such, but you can rent it like tent house and make an agreement, so you can be safe with the new tenant law

      Sir, watch the video fully, I don't understand your query exactly. In short, for GST registered people, a rental house will attack tax, and not for non GST registered people.

      collect his aadhar xerox and verify his signature in his PAN card.
      if you are not registering your document, just 20rs is enough.. if registering, 4% of the advance amount.

    In RDO office, they are requesting both landlord and tenant to come jointly. Is this is the process? Or either any one of them is enough to get TN number in RDO office? Pls reply awaiting for u r answer pls 🙏

      there is no such guidance like this in the law, but it is the RDO's own decision to ask both of them come once, so that he can make his job quicker.

      by law, 3 times of your rent amount... e.g if rent is 5000, you can take advance 15,000 maximum.

      Wait for a week for the rdo to have responded to your application online, in the query session, if not replied, call your RDO or his office number and make an enquiry about the next step. Each RDO is following in their style, if possible make a visit to the RDO office too.. finally remember, RDO will provide a acknowledgment number, which is the final step.. but the law does not insist that such number is mandatory for filling petitions, in most cases I have seen, RDO don't provide any number, but for Chennai region they do it,.. if any body had received acknowledgment number, pls share about it..👍

    Sir,
    While performing an online rental agreement, it is asking for all inputs, It asks for OTP for verification, but we get Invalid JSON primitive EX.
    Where to contact to resolve, this problem...
    No toll is working
    No email reply

      try sometimes later, could be serve error... or contact the tenancy toll number if they are still existing or call up your RDO office and inform them.

      Actually you should register it from three months of the agreement date. See if he will renew the agreement and once done, upload it.. if he does not come for renewal, try upload the existing agreement online and try to vacate the tenant, provided the existing agreement still has validity.

      commercial also 3 months rent of advance amount as per the new law because the law does not specify anything to commercial, so it means residential and commercial renting property binds to the same law

      once the agreement period is over, in 3 months you have to make another rental agreement and register again... e.g., if you make 11 months agreement, then after 11 months you have to again register it ONLINE
