  • Krishnamurti: One Radical Principle:
    ‘Please, if you understand this
    one radical principle
    you will have understood
    something immense
    that
    where there is
    an observer
    separating himself from
    the thing he observes
    there must be conflict
    as long as I say,
    anger is different from me
    I must control anger
    I must change anger
    I must control my thought
    I must control
    Change,
    do this
    in that there is division
    therefore there is conflict
    Conflict
    implies suppression
    conformity, imitation
all that is involved in that
    If you really see the
    beauty of this
    then you can observe
    the totality of consciousness
    without analysis.’

JK is always right. Its said in Brihadaranyaka upanishad, by Yagnavalkadaya 5 to 7000 years back.verily not for the sake of the universe, the universe is dear; but for the sake of self is the universe dear.verily, the Self is to be seen, heard, reflected and meditated upon.when there is duality.....,the JK said THAT. Further when to the knower of everything has become the Self, then what should one smell and through what....,what should one think through what, what should one know, through what?, Through what should one know,That knowing to which all is known - Through what Maitreyi (companion), should one know the knower?

but what practical applications does this have? and how to apply it in everday life??
how to live without division in a world where everything is division???!!!!

The conflict in the world is a reflection of our inner conflict.
We think in terms of I and myself. Me and thinking. But we are the world we observe: the observer is the observed. When you see that directly, without any doubt, I-and-myself disappears and there will be choiceless awareness. Therein lies the sensitivity to what is. This way, problems can really disappear.
      - That's how I saw it and understood it!

What about Krishnamurti’s affair with that woman and her abortions over it?

    • @zelfkennis
      @zelfkennis  5 месяцев назад

      Hello
The affair has not been denied. But the abortion has been denied

    • @rossriver75yukon27

@@zelfkennis Sounds weak justification. An “affair”. For 25 years? Secretly from the spouse? Not to mention from his followers? It’s weak. A man who presented himself as having no secret sex life, in fact no sex, had a secret sex life. It’s sordid. Cannot respect. And if abortion was denied, who denied it? What happened to the children who were born?
Are there reference links regarding it? Because I’ve seen nothing. Massively covered up and ignored by his followers. It’s amazing.

It has come as a shock to many followers and friends, including David Bohm.
But as far as I know there were no children or abortions.@@rossriver75yukon27

@@zelfkennis Apparently, it came as a shock to Bohm exactly because Krishnamurti encouraged celibacy so much and seemed to be dismissive of sex. That was shocking to him. That, and most of all, the talk of the abortions.
