Yes Matt that is a Can Bus Interface CB-1, sends Speed Data To The Taxi-meter,They Are Reliable ,I use Them Every Day ...Good Video👍

It's a graphing meter, a good tool, it's not as powerful or useful as the Pico. Although I have had it for years, simple to use and still going.
