My Samsung a32 5g is a good phone, camera and internet, etc, device, although like many others, has some concerning flaws---like my 64 g phone and more than half of its storage is in the "other" app and is completely inaccessible.
If Samsung can routinely download, change and delete, etc, a wide variety of often useless apps and data, the time is long overdue to correct this particular problem and provide it's customers a much more positive experience with their products.

I have replaced a cell phone battery before. The fact that is is buried so deeply that it is so difficult to replace reinforces something I have known for a while now. SAMSUNG SUCKS OUT LOUD!
