At 00:37 what is the liquid solvent that you're applying to the phone's back cover that helps you get the cover off without 'breaking' it? I would like to buy this solvent, to remove the old glue/adhesive residue from MY Note 20 5G Ultra. P.S., you showed off a whole plethora of interesting smartphone repair gear, tools, glues and solvents that will make it possible to repair and maintain a smartphone. Where do I find these items? I am very much attached to my Galaxy Note 20 5G Ultra smartphone, and I want to keep it "up & running", for as long as I can make phone calls with it.
@@dee12yearsago88 swap out the battery I bought mine from Alibaba 6500Mah then put thermal pads for extra heat caused by the phone ... Also FYI if you drop the phone in a case enought time , the ribbon for the lcd screen & battery with pop off inside 🤦🏻 I had to reopen my phone twice before I finally added more pads beneath and above the battery/screen ribbons .... If you turn your phone over and start tapping on the back YOU LITERALLY can hear it being hallow .. like wtf 😂🤣😂 after my mods my phone doesn't heat up 5 hours straight ... Hope that helps

Just replaced the swollen battery in my note 20 ultra thanks for the help hardest part is cleaning the old glue off :)
Yes. This is why I need to change mine. Swollen battery.
Mine was so swollen that when I took out the case, the back cover of the phone de-attached by itself.

@JC-ig4xy No. I dropped it by accident and it fell pretty hard. That's when I noticed that the case wouldn't stay on.

It's isopropyl alcohol. 80+%. iSesamo opening tool is incredible for phone repair. Plastic opening tool for disconnecting flex cables
It was a great video, it covered all the details of the battery replacement. It will give extra life to my cellphone.
