4 Nutrients I Have In Every Meal

    In this video, I go through 4 key nutrients I look to include in each meal. When you are preparing your meals, you should consider where your sources of these key nutrients are.
    Protein: 30-50 grams per meal depending upon your body size, muscle mass and activity levels.
    Fat: 20-40 grams per meal depending upon your body size and your ability to digest fat effectively.
    Polyphenols: Colorful plant compounds (should be in every meal)
    Fiber: 10-25 grams per meal depending upon your body size and fiber tolerance.
    Fermented: Adding in some fermented food or beverages which support blood sugar, insulin and digestive health. Apple cider vinegar, sauerkraut, kimchii and pickles are all good examples.

    No more salmon. I was in Florida and the news reporter said to stay away from red snapper. It was loaded with prescription drugs. If one fish is,they all are. What a mess we have made. Please look into this situation. I will trust your answer as I think you are brilliant in what information you give us. Thank you so much.

    Question, 40 grams of meat - is It in weight? It wouldn’t be much, about 4 spoons

    Thanks Dr. Jockers for the info! Question on the fat. There are respectable Keto "experts" saying that when you are overweight you don't need to consume fat because you have enough fat that needs to go. SO HOW does that work if you need fat for function, especially the brain, how do we work on consuming the fat and losing fat?

    My 4 nutrients are:
    Beer, women, weed and fast food. Keep me going nice and long all night. Party all night and play all day.
