I have had 4 of these handle give up on me after a few months,
I can't get no spares for them form anywhere so I have dumped them.
This handle and promatic is junk.
This repair if far to fiddly and needs to be totally re designed.
I know lots of roofers that have tried this and dumped it.

My boss has the same one, however it also makes those clicks and no flame comes out. Recently it also started leaking oil from the main part of the gun. What could the issue be that it is leaking and clicking so much without the flame? Thank you!
Thank you for reaching out. We recommend taking the unit off, disconnecting it from the gas and seeing if you see a spark. If you do, the unit is working properly and you can try reconnecting it to the gas and going from there.

Took it apart and everything fell out. And there’s a piece that I can’t identify and it’s shaped like 3d rectanglular block 3mmx3mmx20mm ish what is it 😂
