Omg totally hilarious. Aunty Kea is an archetype. We had several in our Punjabi family. Typically an Aunty Kea is very sure of her own opinions and equally sure about others' stupidities. Cant stop chortling.
I love this woman. I am as white as the drifting snow and my daughter says I am an asian mother. Meaning …. When I tell her she can go out and play I mean go play on the piano for 5 hours.
@@redwoodrebelgirl3010Cut them! we use scissors to trim the toes so that we don't get talons in our mouth lol. there are plenty of chicken feet recipes but most will require a lot of braising
It's not proven yet. I read that our bodies can digest collagen and produce collagen out of the same collagen you eat, we rather produce collagen out of protein and minerals we consume.
Jin dui is one of my favourite desserts of all time. I've been trying to make it for years but I can't make the outside pastry to save my life. One day. The red bean paste is so good and so many ways but I would really love to at least master that one of these days.
Aunty Kea is a part of Lyanna on the inside. I think and feel and it seems we all think that's fantastic!! This "character" is awesome, you should make this into a show for sure. "Come on Loser, we are going to have Lunch" lol We all need someone like this in our lives. Thanks for the laughs loser, love you! lol xoxoxox
Thank you Aunty Kea for the educational or should say intro to Asian cuisine. I don't think I've ever tried dimsum or roasted duck or even chicken feet. But they look so yummy. The only time I had chinese food was at a restaurant and I use chop sticks instead of a fork. There should be a video on how to properly hold chop sticks before eating.
This is a very Malaysian take on dim sum; well I'm Malaysian and those are the stuff you get and love. I do love my lou mai kai and my mum makes chee cheong fan at home... but they fill us up so sometimes I avoid them to have more dim sum. I thought I was too boring coz I love char siu bao, har gao and siew mai; but I'm glad to see them highlighted.
Lyanna you are a strike !! Lol I love your work ! So many angles to attack with your characters. Such authentic parody of Malaysian culture... God I love your portrayal of who I'll bet is a lot like your own mother. Rock it !

When I first started watching your channel, it took me quite a few videos to realize that you and auntie were the same person! So incredibly well done, and so enjoyable. As delicious as a dim sum, and always full of surprises.
I just came across your channel today and saw this video. I am Japanese, but I was laughing so hard. The Asian dad walk was funny, too, since it is accurate. 😂 I love lo mai gai and siu mai.
Me living in the US, wondering why there are leaves falling off the trees like it’s autumn… Then I see she lives in Australia…😂 Ik it’s basic science.. but it still amazes me how complex and beautiful our planet is! Lastly, on topic toward the video content, I absolutely love it!!! I can’t wait to see more vids Aunty Kea!❤
Most important lessons learned from this video. Your girlfriend gets all the black tea she wants to drink and see if the restaurant will give you those two sauces to go....for you know later applications! 🤣 Great video Aunty Kea, I learned so much!
😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😭😭😭This entire skit had me rolling on the floor. "Stinky in your Mercedes later", "uncircumcised Ku Ku chiao", "Licky Menjaysh"😂. Aunty Kea is something else!
Aunty is so right about Puer! It's the best tea for Yum Cha. Also yes Lo Bak Gou is not a must have at Yum Cha. It is much better if you can make it yourself (because more Lo Bak, less Fun Tau). Also, thank you for eating the Fung Zhao properly and not just eating around the bones! 😆
I got even with my wife’s Asian Auntie for criticizing my culinary tastes and skill. We took her to a Prime Steakhouse. Auntie turned the most interesting shade of green when she was served her medium rare filet mignon. It was the perfect fish out of water moment. 😂😂😂
As a non-Asian who lives in Asia ... this is too funny lah!!!😂😂😂😂😂🤣 Lyanna NEEDs to provide Auntie Education Service!!! Don''t want to be the "uneducated swine", do we?
I love when she talks like that like when she said "iam going to smack to you and other stuff that got me hilarious remember ladies do what she said or she will smack you lol
The custard tarts of Portuguese origin 😊 They are from my hometown: Lisbon. And we call them Pastéis de Nata (the original bring Pastéis de Belém, but those are only sold in one place in Belém since 1837 and are have copyrights).
I love it. Reminds me of my aunties in Chinatown NYC during the summer of my youth. Miss them so much as I miss my uncles, cousins, and nieces/nephews.
Yes, Chee Cheong Fun with prawns! My favourite. 😍 I knew it to come with a sweet brown sauce(probably lesson 4 sweet black sauce), not a red sauce like sambal. But when I order it's plain, with no sauce. Never saw the fried wonton or squid at dim sum.
That asian dad walks is very relatable hahahaha
I do it too😂😂😂
