Literally just throw ALL paraphernalia away and dont buy it anymore! The cravings will go away after about 3 weeks. If you can last that long you can quit forever! You got this!!

After quitting smoking or any other addiction it feels like, your main "medicine" was taken away and it made you turning to much unhealthier lifestyle. If you suffer from trauma or unresolved issues, make sure you have the space and support to fill the gap left by removing the addiction. Social pressure and 'being boring' is definitely a major hurdle you will be struggling with after quitting. When it comes to Vaping Nicotine, is proven to cause inflammation of throat tissue, vocal cords, headache, cough and feeling sick. Keep up the good work Dr. Frank and thanks for sharing this helpful video with us!👋🌷

Keep up the effort and realize that it doesn't make you feel how you want to feel.
I quit by using bad flavors and tapering down the dosage. I don't remember the quantity or how long it took but that doesn't matter so much. Results will vary.
The main thing is make it disgusting.. and lower the dosages gradually or at a medium pace.
Pair foods you don't like with vaping. Buy only flavors you don't like or the draw of vapor is bad. Have some nicotine gum sometimes.

    Thank you Dr. Frank!!!
I think this information should be taught as the primary reason people should quit vaping nicotine. I was smoking/vaping nicotine for about a decade, I'm now off it thanks to the informative videos made by yourself and Dr. Huberman. Once really understanding and processing the fact that it lowers your dopamine on average (i.e. dopamine deficiency), my fundamental views of the drug shifted. TBH most vapers who were smokers in the past aren't going to be convinced to quit by reading the potential health issues, given we know it is still miles healthier than smoking. But the dopamine aspect did it for me! I just see it as a lame drug that makes you not feel as good on average. That made me really annoyed I hadn't known this earlier, and I feel very confident I'm done with this drug for good. Thanks again for all your videos, you're an absolute asset to the community! :)

I currently use that vape in the thumbnail "lost marry vapes" To anyone else who uses this brand or is considering it, don't!
Ive noticed a huge decline in my health since I started using specifically this brand and really disposable vapes as a whole have hurt my health more so than a non-disposable. The amount of flavoring they pack into these things can not be healthy, I can literally taste the Chinese factory when I hit it. Not to mention they are a huuuge waste of money compared to buying a coil and some juice for the next month.

Another factor is that when you breathe you normally breathe from your diaphragm with a straight back arms at your side, even when your lying down. People nowadays often have a mobile device in their hands in front of their face back bent and breathing shallow. This shallow breathing is unhealthy and may eventually cause many cases of COPD which will be worse in vapors.

    • @joshomgosho
      @joshomgosho Год назад

@manya7903 most definitely. The reason we get dopamine deficiency is our brains accounting for the influx of dopamine from nicotine. Our brains are always trying to reach equilibrium (balance), as too much or too little dopamine is detrimental to the proper functioning of our brain. After a month or 2 of quitting (Huberman's estimate) your brain adjusts your baseline to account for the lack of nicotine.
Our brains are truely incredible systems!

Lol..well, until you realize how bad vaping THC is for the lungs. THC is a sticky oil, and then whatever humectant is added to the vape juice itself, it's like a double whammy for the lungs. I'm happy to have quit vaping THC for that very reason...ahhhh, to breath again!

@@Nobluffbuff I know, that was sarcasm. I stopped vaping (THC, I have never actually vaped nicotine) and my chronic dry cough went away almost immediately. Unexpectedly, my occasional heartburn also vanished.
I still consume THC, though. I just use the "nano" edibles now. I wish there were a better substitute for vaping, though. Edibles just aren't the same, and the effects are too inconsistent.

Folks! If you can't quit, try switching to snuff. It's one of the safest ways to intake nicotine, you can do it anywhere like vapes, but it's a challenge to do it every 5 seconds because your nose will get fucked. I found myself using MUCH less when I started to use exclusively snuff without any cravings for a smoked/vaped hit because snuff is SO good.

Addiction to nicotine stops a person from exercising? getting good grades? striving for a career? or finding a partner? Geez, better tell that to all the older generations during the 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s. Wasn't Einstein a smoker, addicted to nicotine, yet a brilliant researcher, with an internationally recognised career, and wife and children? What about Hollywood actors, a cut-throat and ambitious career, where your body and emotional skills are what you are selling, yet many smoke?
Dopamine should come from effort? So I suppose listening to music, reading a book, drinking coffee, heck even eating fruits gorged with sugar are not good means of getting dopamine?
This person can't even respond to an email without nicotine? Perhaps they ought to look into self-discipline or maybe its a lie.
There are hundreds of smokers still in the EU who are able to work and function all day long without needing their nicotine every 5 minutes.
This person is only trying to sell his program, which probably does not work as he clearly has no understanding of nicotine dependency or is over exaggerating certain side effects of nicotine dependency or has fallen to a puritanical mindset. Watch out, he'll come for coffee next, and then what?

replace nicotine with literally anything.. tech, phone, sex, masturbation and the video is still valid. unfortunately most if not all of your claims of decreased cardiovascular performance are attached to cigarette smoking and not vaping exclusively. you should do a dive into caffeine, it is very similar to nicotine. but nicotine gets the bad wrap because it’s always associated with cigarettes, not vape. don’t forget the influence of “big tobacco” , they obviously don’t want vaping to cut into their multibillion dollar people killing business model. it’s too profitable for them and the pharmaceutical companies.

Never again. I can never go back.
