- You want to be able to make callouts like Hiko and other Pros? In this video you'll be learning the ins and outs of Callouts, including the what to DO, and what NOT to do. Callouts are incredibly important in Valorant, just like in CSGO or OW. The reason that they are so important is because they have level the playing field of Knowledge between your team and the enemy. You want to be on the same page as the rest of your team at all times, and that is where callouts come into play. However, there is a right way to make a callout of course. On the flipside, there is a WRONG way as well, and i'll be making sure you know the right way to do it and how to avoid making bad callouts. Not only will I be telling you what to do, I'll also be showing you some examples from Ranked games I've played as an opportunity to listen to what people actually say in my games, the good and the bad. After watching this video my goal for you would to be comfortable with going into any match right now and making calls for your team as needed.

Start sounding like a Pro, even if you are in Bronze. Hey guys, this video will walk you through EVERYTHING you'll need to know to make great callouts at any rank, on any map, in any situation. Callouts are SO crucial, particularly at the higher ranks, so I want to make sure all my viewers are prepared for when they hit Radiant! What video should I make next?
A good tip: When you die, give the call of where the enemy is first instead of saying something like "omg he's so lucky". This will allow your teammate to react accordingly
Dragonmar: *says to keep callouts short and sweet
Me: *trades shots with a Viper on A short and dies
My Teammates: "What happened?"
Me: "I have fallen my comrades, but I did not go down in vain, for I fought bravely against the Green Witch. Ah yes, The Green Witch of the West. She tried to flank us through the center path leading to A site, but thankfully, I was there to turn her away on her quest towards A site. But Alas, I was wounded in the leg and had to seek shelter behind a wooden box. It was only a matter of time before the others pushed onto my position. Oh yes I forgot to mention. All five of them must have taken A site by now, but I'm sure you knew that since the spike detonates in less than 5 seconds."
been playing valorant for a couple months but it’s never too late to watch a beginners guide
I always hear when they turn on their voicr chat and said on sight 164 or smth
Yeah on the site u are near and when they said 164 they are showing how much health the enemy has or how much damage they did
What do the numbers mean..lmao
@@vermelho7801 outgoing damage i guess
Whenever saying the location of the enemy that killed you, don’t say "enemy is *location*", say "enemy was *location*" because the enemy likely repositioned and is waiting for someone to trade off you.
thats not always the case someone might want to continue to hold the angle
just say last seen
That's dope. Love the facts you had examples. It's the best way to learn by seeing in actions !
the craziest thing about this vid is the performance of diamond players 9 months ago lmfao
It's a testament to the fact that the players in every Elo is getting better over the years/months. Irons back then were literally so bad but now, they have gotten smarter, and actually try out strats
Dragon: keep it short and simple! The people in my games: (insert 14 slurs here)
I mean if it’s a Reyna just call that it’s a Reyna, she could heal. If she doesn’t, then call that out. If it’s a sage, call it out if you lit her as she’d probably use the heal orb. Don’t call Reyna lit 140 only for her to heal
Just found your videos and I’m loving all the info! Got a new subscriber here and looking forward to more vids!

Very helpful. Going to try to watch some streamers
Its interesting playing this game coming from a long csgo background. Cs has a set vocab for the way something looks so when a new map comes out it has the same callouts just different layout. This game hasnt formed its vocab yet so its hard talking to new players in this genre and they have no idea what im saying
What I’m struggling with most is what things I should actually give my team info about. I mean obviously if you see an enemy you say where he is. What I just recently started doing is what I’m actually doing or about to do. Idk if this is right since I’m pretty new to the game.
Its good etiquette to say where you are going to defend and the start of a round so everyone can coordinate and cover the mac angles effectively because everyone knows where everyone is and dont have to look at the map. Turn your volume up and callout footsteps and thier direction, location and come and going. Dont talk alot cause people need to listen for that stuff. And shift walk ALOT, you’ll supprised how far people can hear you if you dont
so uhm.. I'm kinda new to fps games and I have no experience in cs:go can you layout pictures wherein the names kinda pop up on each map for example: "A long" because I really don't know where it is especially when my teammates call for short I don't know where to aim lol.... anyways great video and you earned a sub!
Are you Twitch streaming Valorant games?
Thank you
one time i was the last player left against 3 people my team mates keep talking and saying "you are the last one" i cant focuse and cant here them its anyone
Rey is on short half health✖️
Rey,short,low ✔️
well that wouldn’t make much sense in my opinipn
@@Panda-ii2jb It does, because; *context*

9:03 I know it’s picky af but I don’t remember hearing a single agent name callout. It was usually just something like “1 long” or “2 long”.
In most rounds the only gun calls that matter are shotguns and ops no cap.
Really good, in-depth guide
Thank you!
I always have an issue with locations but idk how ppl say 50 rayna ... like am I a compass or a ruler to measure it ? lol
im a new player and im so confused of those player saying numbers and i dont know where its location😕
Oops i havent been short and sweet
my friend slates me for never giving callouts, so I came to learn!
can i ask what is 125, at 3? what does that mean?
125 means he is hit for 125 dmg.
For 3, you were likely playing ascent and misheard “tree” for 3, which is for A tree on that map.
@@comicartolie2254 ow ty...just a beginner sry
@@comicartolie2254 there is -105 on my team chat what does it mean??
Pillow another way of saying hit for 105 dmg
@@pillow7047 enemy was lit for 105. 150-105
Sage -46o Wall East
is this still valid in 2021?
it is.
Yep
Hello 👋
Hey!
Well now i no know how to english speak
im so confused when ppl say "kj 80" LIKE WHATTHE FUCK DOES THAT MEAN
somebody hit killjoy and shes low hp
Usually people call the agent and then what the taged(hit) them for: kj80= killjoy hit for 80 damage so she has 20 health if she doesn’t have armor and 70 if she has full armor
Are u frankp? You sound like frankp. LOOOL
your videos are really good but i think that your thumbnails need a little working to get more views
JUst play csgo..Same callouts
Who the fuck doesn't know what a call out is?
