I had some fucked up SuperSU with 5.0.2 android... but could not update it over Xperia program.. so I follow this tutorial STEP by STEP and boom - started my phone, was think it STACK on loading screen but it started and now its on ORIGINAL SONY firmware!!! THANKS A LOT MAN!
thank you so much, it worked like a charm on a xperia z3+ E6553 using windows 7 64bits and 0.9.25 version of mobile flasher, just make sure that you have USB debugging on and unknown sources checked on settings.

I can put it into fastboot mode (blue LED, flashtool recognizes the phone in fastboot mode). However, I can't put it into flashmode (LED goes green, but flashtool doesn't recognize it, Windows and Sony Companion doesn't either btw). Has anyone had this problem before and knows how to fix it or is it indeed a hardware issue?

you see when you instal your flash tool go to the instalation folder select driver run the application flashtool drivers select flashmod driver and the model of your phone and instal them

when doing the flash tool drivers installation. the drop down for items to check does not have a z3+ Option like yours does.
