@@UltimateRoot try yourself too and see if the latest Flashtool or Xperifirm will give you a flash-able ftf. I tried older version of Flashtool and firmware that did work on my computer, now none work. Can you help me in private to show you something? Thank you so much!

The bootloader of my Xperia XZ2 Compact was blocked:
“Your device is corrupt. It can’t be trusted and will not boot”.
I've been looking for a working solution for a few hours.
Then I saw your video, but the XperiFirm plugin in my Flashtool 0.9.25.0 did not work.
That's why I first downloaded the required files separately with XperiFirm.
Then I bundled it with Flashtool, using the bundle function.
I've bundled it up as shown in your video.

if you dont see your firmware on the list. disable windows defender and restart Flashtool

I don't get anything pop up after I download the firmware. No bundle to add anything to. I'm on 0.9.28.0 of FlashTool
hello, i flashed my XZ1 wiht flashtool, unftunately during the flash appeared the message"device diconnected" and now i can no longer flash. It no longer responds, no vibration, only the les flashes when i plug it into USB. The flash mode or boot mode no longer works. Is there a solution? Thank you

Well.. i bricked my phone when installing the latest firmware because it clearly doesn't work well on unlocked bootloaders so i can't reproduce that issue rn

Not sure if you want to try that because sony did display driver changes in 9 and I'm not sire if it will revert when flashing 8.0.... You can flash it but it will probably brick your phone (try xperia companion software repair if bootloader is still locked).
I also have Xperia XA2 but in devices i dont have H3123 in bundles what should i do?
Have you downloaded it's firmware from the built-in xperifirm? After it's downloaded and you close the xperifirm, it should automatically ask you to create one
My Xperia E3 is not getting detected by my PC. The wait for Flashmode keeps running... I tried installing all drivers but no luck.
Are you sure you booted the phone in *flashmode* and not *bootloader* ?

there should be an option to check for all firmwares on the top right but you cannot use a firmware not for your region with some exceptions like UK also works in CE. Where did you have issues downloading, did you try to download and it failed?

When you click on the formware button under the picture of a phone inside xperifirm, click manual, it gives you instructions on how to manually download, much fsster than uploading to mega

Ok I'm downloading it rn, use sth called newflasher to flash the firmware because the flashtool tool doesn't detect manually added firmwares (place newflasher.exe into firmware folder and follow instructions on screen)
