Fitting Bonded Side Windows (That Open!) | Transit Van Conversion E10

In this video we're fitting bonded side windows onto our van conversion, it's looking more and more like a campervan now! We had already some experience of van window installation after we fitted our main window, so we know the process now!
We fitted two small bonded windows to each side of our van conversion, complete with slide openings and flyscreens. Hopefully they'll let in a nice breeze over the bed when that goes in.
Having had experience with our much larger window (and learning from the mishaps!), these two were a relatively straight forward process to install. We made a cardboard template of both the inner and outer profile of the window so we could visualise what it would look like, and then got cutting!
With a big hole in the side of the van we got to work adding the primer and then the sealant. This time we took a lot more care going around, with a much more powerful caulking gun, so were able to get a really nice consistent bead. Tim did the first window, Abi the second the next day.
All that was left after that was to give them both a thorough water test after the sealant had cured. We blasted them with the hose and were relieved to not have a single leak this time, job well done!
...now we just have to fix the leak in our big window...
