Oh my God! I love this a million times over❣️❣️❣️
    Feels so good.
I will never know why I had it saved and waited so long to finally try it, but I am more than grateful.
I feel relaxed and energized at the same time 💖

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. We are so sorry to hear that you are in pain. Unfortunately, though our technique is very therapeutic, we are not physicians and therefore can't give any medical advice. You will need to consult a physician that you trust for further advice if you have any health issues. If you've been told to exercise or gain more mobility, our workouts are for you.
That said, it is vital to listen to your own body and to move at your own capacity. On those days where you are sore and hurting, doing the technique loose like a rag doll helps promote circulation and lubricate your connective tissue - which in turn, helps healing. Trust your body and if a movement doesn't work for you, then stop doing it, or do it with limited movements. We have some clients that only can do 10% of the movements and they flourish nonetheless. Be patient with yourself: even doing 5 minutes a day is beneficial to your health and wellness; the point is to try and do it everyday.
Here are a few gentle, pain-relief workouts that I would recommend you try on Essentrics TV: www.essentricstv.com/15-days-to-get-out-of-pain

When I arise to a standing position, I have low back muscle tight pain from sitting in a recliner and am flexed forward until I slowly stand up straight. What can I do? I never had any problem before the pandemic started.

Hi, I do hope our technique brings you some relief. The technique is so beneficial to those who suffer from chronic pain because we encourage gentle, smooth, low impact movements. The trick is listening to your body. Try to work within a smaller, slower range to prevent the already inflamed area from becoming more irritated. Focus on the therapeutic aspects, in other words, moving and stretching up to the point before the tension occurs in your muscles. This takes a lot of focus and control to move into positions without irritating an area that is already inflamed and will help stabilize the joints and strengthen the tendons. Also, be flowy with your movements. This will help to promote blood flow which has a ton of healing nutrients. If you wake up feeling great, you can make your movements a little larger with more resistance but listen to your body as you go. We have more gentle movement workouts to get rid of pain here: www.essentricstv.com/15-days-to-get-out-of-pain

I wanted this work out well, but it was very hard to see. Especially when you are rotating in and out, there needs to be a close-up. Also I have dance training, but in dance we will always see what we were trying to do before we tried to perform it. I think it's too difficult for a lot of people for you to just talk through the movement without demonstrating it first. Like I said I really want to like this method. I think there's a lot going for it. Please make videos with these things in mind. Thank you

Hi Leoti, thanks for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear you had some trouble following along. I'd recommend viewing these mini instructional videos on our website - they are quite helpful in understanding our movements: essentrics.com/videos/

Suggestion: wear clothes that contrast to the background. That would help me determine which leg goes where on the chair😎
