I love to watch your cat! I had one with colors nearly the same. Got him at 3 weeks old. Amazingly, he still had his tail when he died at 20 years old. He wasn't so bad about batting the fabric around. But when I used my domestic machine, he sat on it swishing his tail.

Love the quilt, and the blue border works really well with it. Would have liked it better if you had two borders. A thin white one and then the blue wide border. I think the blue would stand out more. Still a great quilt, and so easy. Thanks!

I don't know which I love more - the blue print or the cat! I'm partial to the border with a little green. It picks up the green in the background of the print.

I've watched this video about 10 times now and I think I'm going to try it out. Instead of doing all of the little 4in parts I'm going to see what I can do with sewing the strips together first. Hopefully I can make it this weekend. 🤞

@@aprilscraftroom I just have to sew my rows together now and add the borders. I asked my partner what he wanted for the colors so we went to Joann fabrics. He picked out a green with white dots that's almost a Tiffany & Co blue and a white on white for the plus.

I think your choice of the border fabric is correct. It really looks nice. I thought the other fabric with the green would be nice, but, your choice is better looking for that quilt. The blue green might have been too distracting.
