You just put my feelings into words! I also feel bad for being "the feminine one" in those situations, and I feel bad for all the attention I get for actually good looks. So I've spent years and years trying to look average or rather "worse", so no girls/woman would feel angry about me being more feminine and no boys/men would feel like desiring me, especially physically. It's easier when nobody notices you. These videos like hers give me confidence to be who I am! No more breast hiding posture, more cute dresses in summer, here I am.

Idk I’m female in the military and we still find ways to be lady like and pamper ourselves when we are serving. Not to mention we still have times where we can dress in civilians at which time we can be as traditional and feminine as we want. We were making ladies pamper nights, doing natural make up routines, haircut nights, mani pedi nights, etc. even on deployment. It must not always be the case to be able to find other feminine females in your unit. It might matter the MOS too. I’m a medic which traditionally was one of the first jobs for females in the military (see hero nurse Clara Barton). There were lots of very feminine women in my AIT and in the medic sections of the units I was attached to. But many of us are very proud to be both feminine and heroines.

About loving your seat... Someone can have an invisible disability and being looked down is just... Awful. Some won't even dare to ask for their seat (that they more than need !) because they are afraid of being looked down upon (or have to justify themselves, a thing they maybe don't want do to, which is normal. Plus the justification is rarely listened to if the disability is really not visible). So... I mean of course some are perfectly able and just lazy and/or inconsiderate and that should not be normal. But you never know... Maybe the person have a disability (and she does not want to scream it in public and/or be looked down).

When sitting down, instead of looking at the chair or sofa directly, one may back up slightly until the seat touches one's calves, then sit down. This is especially useful during interviews or more formal events.

God! I love your videos so much! While the world tells us to be a go getter and be a Daredevil, I find every video of yours a breath of fresh air! I feel so much joy watching you reaffirm the innate traits in each and every woman, in her own unique way. Loving our femininity is something each girl needs to be taught early in life. You're doing such great work for a whole new generation, and next ones to come. Love. 😍💖🤗

I'm a man Mrs. Midwest who appreciates this insight. I find your advice interesting because of the similarities (such as how to show and / or improve your self - worth, confidence, with your posture, etc.) & contrasts (such as how to sit) - depending of course, on the context - be it, masculine or feminine - or both. So, some things you spoke about I take for granted & others could always improve - if I'm not already conscious of & mastered those things that are shared with the feminine (mentioned above) & being a man, or masculine.

Forgot to say hello from Plano, Texas (suburb of Dallas, central southern USA) I also noticed ladylike behavior is wise to NOT follow The Four Rules Of Stupid (because women, children & the elderly are part of a vulnerable population - NOTE: That's NOT meant to be a negative - it's just one of the facts of life) 4 Rules Of Stupid are - Going to stupid places - at stupid times - with stupid people - doing stupid things. Thank you so much for your input, or insight.

Can you please make a video on how upper school girls tend to be influenced with peers. Influence, it’s a huge one until we are much older not caring how others perceive us. And this is how we get caught up in trendy clothes and doing what everyone else is doing because we want to blend in.

Oh how nice to hear somebody saying things I resonate a lot with. I myself often like girly and slightly sexy look, because it suites me and flatters me, but more important than clothing is the posture, walking, talking, behaviour and energy if you want to feel and be treated like a lady.

Great advice. I am 62 and appreciate the references to privacy, courtesy, consideration, how to treat others, proper conduct and formal issues,etc.. Long lost.Life is way too informal and lax these days. Many young people have never heard of these niceties of life.Sure helps to hear from you, such a beautiful lady yourself inside and out!

Having grace is very noticeable by both men and women. Many women do not possess these attributes in today's world. So when you have these mannerisms, it stands out from the majority of others. Don't confuse snobbiness with being ladylike. A lady is sincere, caring and loving/friendly unlike fake snobs. Thank you Caitlin for making these videos on a topic much needed.😊👍

Hello, it has been a delight to my inner self to have found your channel. My goodness, I am excited to view a lovely young woman who believes in being a lady, at all times and in all things, as I do. My mother and my grandmother’s and my Aunts, and my sister’s and I, were and are ladies. We live in a rather raunchy and degrading world, and so many women today, have thrown out ladylike traits and qualities, and could care a less, right? And yet, there are thousands of women who enjoy their rolls as ladies and carrying ourselves with grace and loveliness. Thank you very much for your content, and I plan on binge watching your videos.

History has so much masculine influence that unfortunately there is a lack of feminine influence. Femininity has been indirectly oppressed.
It’s refreshing and a beacon of hope to see your channel having such a positive and helpful education of femininity being taught.
