Finding the path back to your car -- I think it's this way... I think this will get me there... trusting your instincts...-- is a good metaphor. I gave up some minor conveniences like running water, heat, A/C etc etc. for FREEDOM ! I live in my vehicle and I couldn’t be happier ! I get to be in beautiful places DAILY. And I get the same questions like ‘ what are you going to do when you get older’ ? How long are you going to do this ? Where do you shower ? What about snakes in the desert ? And on and on… OMG ! I’m in the Southwest too and I hope to run into you one day ! 🙂❤️👍🏾😍
I felt this "let go of control" recently traveling across Europe for 2 weeks - every day going with spontaneous plans and exploration - incredible experience, still feeling "more awake" weeks later now. Opening up to foreign locals, opening up to new experiences, opening up to intuition. Some people get super stressed with travel and planning it all out but I can say it's absolutely not required to be like that lol and you'll have a greater adventurous to let the travel unfold for itself. I've had moments I had to learn a lot real fast in the heat of survival and that's great and pretty normal actually. Like learning the different European train systems and reserving seats during planned strikes (particularly in Italy) - part of the process, added spice to the adventure. "Going with the flow" seems most important with the self - really meditate and "sink into the self" - throwing ourselves into new experiences can help reveal more of who we are. People can make all the excuses in the world to avoid experiencing more of life but the truth remains... we're born curious explorers and shouldn't stop engaging that stimulating innate curiosity to keep learning about the world and ourselves.
Wow, that opening scenery is breathtaking, Tim! Yes sir, story of my life from this point forward now that I have had a major epiphany…it will require meandering here and there initially...but I am letting go.🤷🏼♀️
This is a great message Tim compared to a lot of the money chasing rhetoric out there of people addicted to their 80 hour work weeks and don't fully enjoy life. No one lies on their deathbed and says if I could have just worked a lot more hours or if I had one more dollar. Sad way to exist. Kudos for living your best life and letting go. This message resonated with a lot of like minded people out there.
East Tennessee- Yes Tim, good presentation. These are things I am also finding out as I step away from attempting to control every aspect in my life. I am no longer looking for a lottery win, or quick ways to make bookoo cash or making it to that misconception of retirement freedom. If we can let go of the clutter in life and focus on enjoying the minimal things, we find contentment falling in our laps completely free and easy. A simple bit of scripture says to “be still and know that I am God” Wise words to wake up to indeed.
This is another excellent episode of yours. I'm at a big precipice of my life, and your notion of letting the universe guide you is very Daoist. I very much agree with what you say about experiencing and flowing with life as opposed to being forceful of your life's direction.
Love your content. Yes, just let go. What you are trying to control, controls you. Let go of control, and nothing will control you. That being said: i don't even try to control myself anymore. I let myself 'be', let the divine take over. And you will go where you need to go. Thank you Tim, you are the guru of just living your life, without the big spiritual philosophies and 'enlightened' stuff. In fact, the only thing you can do is happily experience life. Every aspect of it.
You're at the area called the Chains. It's a bit of a hike to get to and from there, but totally worth it. I know because I just worked at Lake Powell over the summer.
I think what scares me the most is that this same control you are talking about has essentially been streamlined into our pockets. The more time we spend scrolling through shallow content the less time we have to wake up! The fact almost every social media app opens directly to the tik tok format videos (yt shorts, Instagram reels, etc) and it is just an endless pit of useless information meant to throw you off the reigns of your happiness! Thank you Tim for speaking the truth, I felt this way about all of this control and programing since a young boy. I recall my first grade school memory I asked my mother why everyone was lining up and was told to just get in line. Thank God I woke up early!
Lake Powell? No way!! I'm going to apply for a seasonal job there. I just attended a virtual information session a few days ago. Tell me, how is the water level? I keep hearing there is a massive drought but the people from Aramark (Lake Powell Marina) told me that they are fully operational. Enjoy your stay, Tim.

what upsets me is that I didn't get to have my desires , the things I wanted to do at a particular age.. it's like im dying away with those unfulfilled desires :( I dont have any friends.. life has done me dirty because I didnt have a healthy upbringing and so unlike everyone that has those high school friends and had memories and etc.. I experienced the total opposite.. now I dont even know what life is
Thanks!
I love how you speak. You are a great orator.
Thank you!
You inspired me and got me out here all the way from NYC ! And I’m not going back to that life ! It’s incredible how much FREEDOM is out here. I have given up trying to convince people that this is an AMAZING life ! I’m just going to go about my business and enjoy EVERY SINGLE DAY !!! You changed my life man … thank you !
I agree... a higher power is in control, not us...we need to just let go and meander around to experience life, like you say.
Oh
There’s a song about
Meandering !!!!
That landscape is just beautiful 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
I hate security, I hate comfort zone. I don't like to stay in one job and I admire to Chang it every 4years.
I NEEDED THIS MESSAGE TODAY🎉🎉🎉
This is another excellent episode of yours. I'm at a big precipice of my life, and your notion of letting the universe guide you is very Daoist. I very much agree with what you say about experiencing and flowing with life as opposed to being forceful of your life's direction.
I was just thinking, where's Tim? and your notification appeared.
Im so glad you are carrying on with some great short videos of walking in nature
Timothy dropping pearls of wisdom ✨️ 🙌
Your videos come right on time!!
😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊always always your words tim .....i won't stop telling ppl about your channel ....Your a beautiful gift
Be aware and can still able to experience probably the most grateful thing I've feel in my life
Love your content.
For a 15 min video. I felt I took so much from this. I felt this
It is similar to Buddhist teachings that say to let go of our attachment to things, people, and OUTCOMES(achievements, results)!
I loved that! “It doesn’t matter what we call it. It knows we’re talking about it.” I completely agree! Beautifully said.
Your right I’m scared letting go
You're at the area called the Chains. It's a bit of a hike to get to and from there, but totally worth it. I know because I just worked at Lake Powell over the summer.
It’s ok whatever you do. I want to go everywhere 😅
Thank you for taking us on these journeys with you. Really helps.
Beautiful scenery 👌
Thank you Tim. This is so true. I really resonate with you ❤
Thank you for this video Tim. 😊👍🏿My home Utah ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Water lrvels are low 😪😪
Gorgeous background
Gorgeous! Wow Tim! You're the Energized Winter Bunny! Breathtaking SCENERY! Gratitude of your amazing artistic creativity!
This message is awesome. Could say a lot more. But I’ll leave it at that.
Beautiful, beautiful scenery!! Thank You!! I used to live in Arizona. Its a very interesting state.
Needed to hear this today, Tim. Thank you.
The way that once you start talking about life throwing monkey wrenches at you, the wind picks up and starts interfering with your audio ! 👁
✨Let Life Live You✨…It does Anyway !

Explore
I.like the straight line analogy a lot
Move off that line and explore life more
