    - epsom salt baths: 1-3x/week (additional: essential oil e.g. lavender, eucalyptus)
    - dry brushing: 1x/ day, long gentle strokes towards the center of your body
    - grounding: walking barefoot on earth >15min/day on grass, sand or soil
    - castor oil packs: soak cloth in castor oil and put on belly (liver area)
    - oil pulling: 1x/day (best in the morning) 1 tbsp coconut oil swish around your mouth for 15-20 min, spit out in trash not drain (otherwise toxins will end up in water cycle!), rinse mouth with warm water

      Namaste, When your blood sugar dips, consume simple carbohydrates sources such as fruit juice, honey, or hard candy. Aim for about 15 grams of carbohydrates initially. After 15 minutes, check your blood sugar again. If it's still low, repeat the treatment.
