2024 update: they recently painted the facade and they are trying lease the building. Also the house in the back is no longer abandoned. Someone has moved in there.
There are just so many of these types of property all across NE Ohio. This wasn't that bad too awfully long ago and it must be worthless to the owner to let it fall apart due to neglect. It needs to be fixed now before it gets any worse or torn down.
If you ever come to philipsburg pa there is an abandoned bilo which was county market which closed shortly after a husband walked in and shot his wife..plus there is an abandoned adventure video
Oh wow, I was surprised by this place too when we filmed it back in February! The house wasn't even up for sale yet either and was able to film the house as well.
This place was built in 1993. There shouldn’t be lead. The sad thing is someone else shot a video of this place in 2019 and it wasn’t nearly as bad even two years ago. Someone definitely went into some areas and removed things.
Man this is cool. I love these videos. Ohhh!! Also btw there is gonna be a Buc-ee's opening somewhere in Kentucky. Jus figured I'd let ya know. Keep up the awesome content 🤘🤘
I could be crazy but that first window you looked in was designed just like a Payless Shoes if you look at the position of the aisles and the checkout counter (small strip mall version of Payless, not shopping mall version)
It's time for you to head to Ashtabula, Ohio and film. You could spend several days examining the former Kmarts, convieneice stores and other deceased strip plazas. 😁
Hey wallie this plaza summit plaza was thriving not that long ago it was thriving only 3 years ago and the business to the right was a CosmoProf, not sure what that was but the first business to close was the tanning place and if you looked at it on google maps a few years ago it was still thriving and I believe CosmoProf was the last to move out, they moved out in early 2019 or so, so they blacked out the sign in early 2019.
Northeast Ohio is already sketchy enough. Oh, speaking of which, have you ever visited Southern Park Mall in Boardman (Youngstown)? Just wondering how it's doing these days.
There’s a abandoned restaurant in my area that’s been sittings for 6 years, the building is only 15 years old in great condition, and they are going to do exactly what you said 😂😂
The business at 1:58 was CosmoProf.
I always enjoy the videos and just getting to see what you guys are up to. Take care.
thanks for sharing i really enjoy your videos keep up the great video
Great video!
I always enjoying Watching WallieB26 video Everybody!
Just a quick update on this video. It's been redone and dollar general took over the whole building and just opened a few weeks ago. Its not bad
That is cool you have to enjoy life
Looks like the first business on the right was maybe a liquor store? Definitely something retail based on the outlines of the shelving on the floor
I Always Enjoy These Abandoned Videos. 😍😍😍
Thank you
Wally all of your videos are enjoyable
Thank you sir!
@@WallieB26 you're welcome

That's probably the world's smallest strip center.
Always enjoy your videos! Thank you for taking us along. Stay safe, take care, God bless you. Enjoy your day.
Be careful, you might fall through those pot holes in the parking lot.
Lol for real!
Awesome video man
I love the abandoned plazas, especially one so close to me in Youngstown OH!
He should make a video of abandoned kmart in altoona pa 😃👍🦥
He did.
Any new updates on the Walmart in city center ?
It has since been renovated and is now completely different looking. The entire shopping center is preparing for new tenants.
It’s being rezoned for light industrial. But it’s still built on a landfill and still sinking so I do not see that working out in the long run either.
Have you thought about mixing in some 4k drone footage? Hmu, I'm in howland. Maybe we can do something.

When can Buc-ee's come to Carolina???
Good video! Wallie! That sure is a really rundown place! Hopefully, it will be torn down soon!
When i look at buildings like that i only see GREED.
Good video keep up the good content.
Ha Ha! I think those were new words for the Webster Dictionary - "Gone-Ooo", and "Done-Ooo". :-)

There's a lot of abandoned retail space in Ashtabula but it's not even a drop in the bucket compared to the Youngstown area.
Have you ever come across a person living in one of these buildings? That one video you guys did where you found the machete was haunting!
I love abandoned strip malls! great video
Wallie I just checked out another video the last space on the left was a Tanning salon
you need to come to upstate South Carolina we got a lot of abounded places in small towns.
Cool 😀
Nice video

Lol its a dollar general now
Definitely sketchy and creepy
Be careful places like this, it's making me a little nervous...😳 I really enjoy your vlogs!👍💜
This is the place that has an abandoned house and RV next to it.
I thought it was abandoned but I wasn't sure. Plus when I left I remember seeing a man mowing the grass around the house especially on the right side.
ty for showing this no glass to wear
Watch them tear this down to build a car wash 🤣

Prediction - there will be mold.
I used to date a girl that worked at that optiview
