Given Hasbro's ownership of Transformers and D&D, I'm surprised Repugnus's alt-mode hasn't been reimagined as an umber hulk yet! All it'd take is another couple of eyes, some bigger claws and the ability to induce confusion...

@@ChrisMcFeely Absolutely agree.
Thank you for making this video, sir
The Monsterbots are one of the best examples of underestimate and underused characters.
That voice acting in the intro was outstanding
Thanks for the video Chris, I was always curious about the MonsterBots Origins and now I know which is half the battle I guess lol.
I hope all three someday get to shine together in new media and maybe gain a few more members so they can become a Combiner team and form an Autobot counterpart to Abominous which funny enough, I thought the Monsterbots WERE intended to be counterparts to the TerrorCons
Dude, your intro accent was amazing. 😁😁😁
I was honestly expecting monstructor but this even better
The Monsterbots and the Horrorcons would make a great rivalry. Although the latter would need a third member to make it even.
Given Hasbro's ownership of Transformers and D&D, I'm surprised Repugnus's alt-mode hasn't been reimagined as an umber hulk yet! All it'd take is another couple of eyes, some bigger claws and the ability to induce confusion...
I've got Twinferno's Titans Return toy, so he's probably my favorite of the Monsterbots. The two-headed dragon mode is really cool!
Hope there will be a story on monsterbots as part of commando unit under grimlock team
dude your dracula voice rocks
That was very scary. I really like Cyberverse Repugnus a lot
I like all of them, and I've had the G1 Doublecross figure since 1987. I bought G1 Grotusque and Repugnus back in 2011.
0:38 damn, i forgot some toys could do that!
So Monsterbots are Autobot Mercenaries cool.
Here’s how I view the Autobot Army
Autobot Army compromised of well the army led by Optimus with Ultra Magnus second in command
The Science Division headed by Wheeljack (either him or Perceptor)
Wreckers are Black Ops led by Impactor but later Springer
Monsterbots are the anomaly but I’ll go with Mercs for now
Dinobots are your basic tough marine types led by Grimlock
Arialbots are Air Force led by Silverbolt (maybe Jetfire but he was more of a Scientist)
Medical Corps led by Ratchet
Am I missing anything?
Technobots,. Protectobots
If Transformers crossed over with Disney's Gargoyles cartoon, Grotusque would fit right in.
Great stuff! Happy Halloween!
Repugnans has always be a fav of mine. The TR release is a Jewel of my collection.
Perfect subject for today! Happy Halloween!
Would like to see Monsterbots vs terrorcons
