    My BCA 22 WMR, 20" SS, upper is about a year and a half old. It wears a Leupold VX-R 4-12X40 Ballistic Fire Dot and is a very accurate shooter. I gave my old 22 WMR away about 45 years ago when I enlisted and just never replaced it until the BCA rifle.

    Got my 22LR upper for training purposes. My boys and I both use it for those purposes. Last range trip my daughter in-law went with us. I got her started with the 22lr upper. By the end of the day she was shooting all of our larger AR guns and asked if we could build her one. She didn't know I was already way ahead of her. 😂🤣😂🤣
    I told her " absolutely, you may have to defend yourself and my grandkids". Her jaw dropped and you could see the light come on. She said "I've never thought about that but you're right". I said "yep, you are your own first responder". She now gets it.

    I'm saving up for the 16" upper. Nice work!
    I would love to see more domestic gun manufacturers make rifles in .22 TCM, especially a 10-11" pistol in this caliber- it can be fed from PMags modified with Mean Arms Mag Guts 9mm conversion kits, and use a regular 5.56 bolt carrier assembly. Only the barrel would have to be special made. The .22 TCM cartridge is more powerful than .22 Magnum, 5.7x28 FN, and the 4.6 H&K; yet it is easy to reload and source brass from chopped down 5.56 brass.

    Would love a .22 upper, but for the cost BCA has them for I would prob opt for a 5.56, 7.62, .300 blackout, or maybe even a .450 bushmaster.

    Looking forward to picking up a 22LR upper. However, I would like to know if your 22LR bcg will support a full auto application.

      The accuracy is way better with the BCA dedicated upper over the CMMG conversion in a AR .223/5.53 due to barrel interior specs…and I’m a BIG CMMG fan…I’m keeping the CMMG conversion as a SHTF option if I can’t have the BCA upper in my possession when it happens (hopefully I’ll never ever have to make that choice 🙏🙏🙏).

    I thought the same thing in college. Green backlighting would show the big moves I’m making.
    Turns out, I did a full 360 degree loop. I DID however stop by Daniel defense on the way. I did an entire loop, I was expecting the 22-250 To be ready for pick up when I got back.
    Sooo… how longs the wait? My little light up buzzer went off already, just like at Olive Garden in a 1 horse town on a Friday night waiting for a table.
    I’m by noo means a BCA fan. The GPX is ok. I’ll buy their stuff to encourage them to keep making better version. So how ‘bout a 22-250?

    Do a .17 and I'll get it I can imagine y'all will be able to double stack the mag and beings the projectile is slightly smaller it'll be a little more flat shooting at longer ranges. Oh and waiting on y'all with the pistol .308 uppers "I know it is probably considered overkill/ridiculous by some but they sell the same could be done to the 6.5"

    I wish bear creek learned from the .22lr and made it so that you can use the bolt hold open and have mags for it. It’s fun plinking but a lot of people want to do tactical reloads with these things while saving money on the ar platform. People have to mod mags and a bolt catch to make it work in their WMR and figure out a modded bolt hold open. Please make a fix.

    I really like my other bca stuff. I liked the fact that you advertise as great lower cost training tools… you need to be up front with buyers. That’s not all functions work as the big brothers… no last round bolt hold open to train reloads. Bcg closes as you pull the magazine out having to use the charge handle to reload the weapon. Vs dropping the bolt catch. I returned mine just cause of this reason.

      @stephen_crumley 2 года назад +1

      @@reidevans1623 you’re not the only one thinking that way, one of the most critical things about training is the exact same function. Malfunction clearing /reloading is one of, if not the most important things to train. I mill my lowers for a PDQ bolt catch so I can lock the bolt open without breaking my firing grip. Oh and because I’m a poor and won’t pay the insane price tag for one of the only very limited truly ambi lowers.

    If you think .22lr is only good for plinking you're missing out. There's Appleseed for training, NRL22 for long range competition, etc. etc. I have and shoot one of your 16" .22lr uppers and will buy shorter and longer uppers when they become available. And guess what? With decent ammo, my BCA .22lr upper will shoot sub MOA all day long to 75+ yds. Now lets see you make a 20" upper!
