Citrus County Fire Rescue Brush Fire Response

On 03/25/23 Citrus County Fire Rescue Engine 5, Brush 5, Engine 3, Brush 3, Engine 20, Brush 20, Bat2 were dispatched to an approximately 2 acre brush fire on N Maylen Ave. units originally had access issues and had to move to another entry via forcing a gate. This fire grew to roughly 15 acres. Units had this fire under control a little over an hour.

Great catch my friend I definitely miss the Hillsborough County ones they had a huge response recently with a brush fire in my neighborhood.

Unfortunately won’t be anywhere near as much HCFR content anymore, a lot more Hernando county and Citrus county content going to be coming with new life changes.
