Does the transmitter need to be on top of a speaker as well or a certain height from the floor? Also will it not conflict with let's say a wireless mic transmitter? Tnx

It doesn't need to sit on top, just be within the range (much like a radio mic). And if you're unlucky enough for the frequencies to clash, then you may get issues with a wireless mic, but most have to option of two channels to use, so you should be fine.

Thanks for the response. The first time I tested it in my house, I encountered a loud white noise that I thought damaged my eardrums. No fader channels were up or anything. It just came out from the speakers when I connected the wireless system. Have you had the same experience before? What is that? What caused it?

Easy Johnny Although this hasn't been reported to us before, with anything that works on radio frequencies, there is a chance of interference when in built-up areas. It will most probably be due to a neighbour's TV or someone else using radio frequencies in the area.
