  • Bruce Lee was a legendary martial artist known for his unparalleled strength, speed and agility. He died before his time at 32, but he practiced an ancient exercise technique that’s ideal for people over 40.
Isometrics minimize the risk of injury because you exert force without movement, promoting strength gains while reducing strain on the joints and tendons. That’s why they are often used in rehabilitation. Why aren’t they more widely known? It would be hard to sell gym memberships if they were!
Dive into this ageless fitness regimen and discover the transformative magic of Bruce Lee's ancient secret! 🌟

Thank you for noticing! I try to go outdoors to shoot, although challenging it offers a good "production value". "Look at this natural splendor" ;)

Looking forward to seeing more! I run 4 miles 4 days a week, lift weights 3 days a week, and practice yoga every day. Have for years. I AM TIRED!!!! I'm very interested in trying your fitness philosophy. Thank you for putting yourself out there and giving this fitness junkie a different perspective to explore 😀💪

OMG! That sounds like a full time job! Maybe you should take a holiday from it? :D I appreciate being appreciated :D Took me a while to gather myself together to start broadcasting on YT. Thank you for the encouragement.
And yes, I'm here to release you from bondage and tyranny of the current ideology of fitness ;P There is a better way, everyone who has 10-15 mins in a day for it, can be fit. That's how I did it (and keep doing it) and I use my strength for things I enjoy like hiking, cycling and playing sports.
Coming back soon with the stretching routine that literally changed my life for the better :)

Thank you. I'm working on more, together with a solid explanation why isometrics are better than weight training in strengthening your muscles.

Yes, soon. Though it's a hard message to get through with in the age of the current dogmas of the church of fitness where only going to the gym offers salvation :D But horse stance - which is isometric - is coming soon.
