Appreciated seeing your setup using the Action 5 Pro. My setup is similar and includes a small side area for interviews using the dual DJI Mic 2 link to the Action 5. I can rotate my key light and either use a lantern softbox or ceiling bounce to get both participants nicely lit and tube lights become rim lights. My Action 4 becomes a multicam on the guest. The DJI action cameras really work well in these scenarios. Thanks for posting this video.
Got mine yesterday. For studio filming I will still use my mirrorless cameras, but for taking out into the world on adventure and travel...this is my new go-to gear. Very impressive...especially compared to the action cameras I have tried here and there over the years. I didn't keep up with AC's because I just didn't like the image quality...but this is fantastic. Spent all night running around in the dark testing it out, and wow am I impressed. Great video, appreciate the effort. I think a LOT of content creators could benefit from this affordable gear...and for me personally, living in a sub tropic zone where it rains spontaneously....this is a must have companion to my Pocket 3. Thanks again for what you do. Cheers from Florida🖖
I just got it and love it. For the price, the DJI ecosystem, and quality. It’s going to be my main travel cam and studio B cam to get those interesting shots I wouldn’t dare use my Sony or Pocket 3 for
OK first let me say I love your action camera work and have enjoyed watching you develop into the pleasing all round presenter you have become, BUT at 5.17 into the video I had to stop. All that DaVinci stuff hurt my brain and it’s not what I came to you for. Dare I suggest with the greatest respect, you separate out your videos so the DaVinci fans don’t have to sit through DJI type content and vice-versa ❤
You've done a great job making the most of the camera, but it's worse than a phone and of course worse than a mirrorless. Not sure when you would want to do this, from the noisy background, everything being in focus and extreme focal length it's not the best solution.
@@Romafedorov 100%, especially the colour grading and showing most cameras these days are good enough, awesome work! But with that said, when would you choose to do this instead of using a phone? - the 24mm focal length and shallower depth of field on most phones seems like a better choice for studio (though still lacking vs mirrorless).
@@DigiDriftZone I 100% agree with you. A phone or a mirrorless camera is a much better option than an action camera for studio recording, but it's still impressive how far the little action cameras have come.

Congrats and good luck with the new camera!
Great videos. I just got the DJI Action 5 Pro. I know it will be a great companion to the DJI Pocket 3 I just purchased.
Enjoy it
My 2017 macbook air on life support watching me write down all the colour grading settings before it explodes: 🙂🙂
So awesome DJI ACTION 5 🔥
It would be dope if you can do the same with ace pro !
I'm not planning on getting the Ace Pro, sorry..
super crips for an action cam. nice colour grading bro 🤙
If the background was more blurred it would be perfect. Still it looks pretty great considering it's an action camera! 👌🏻
you can easily do that now on davinci
Would love to see a Pocket 3 vs Action 5 Pro comparison. Great videos btw Roma!
Coming soon!

7:35 Your Defocus node should be a Lens Blur, instead of a power window

I'm not buying it.
Do the DJI's over heat?
In most cases no, unless you shoot directly under the sun in 4k50/100p for long periods of time without moving the camera..

It’s not the best solution, but it was fun making the video and I’m sure some people will benefit from it.
