Hey everyone, thought I would make a tribute to this show as I finished it only a day or two ago and I thought it deserved it. I chose this video style because the setting, cinematography and soundtrack in this first season was amazingly done and really stood out to me, so I decided it would fit the theme for the project. Glad to see I'm not alone. For some series it takes entire seasons to have as many meaningful and beautifully written dialogues as 1883 has twice per episode. Cried like a baby. Will stay with me for a while for sure.

Still one of the most underrated TV series, this was just built, written and acted differently. The beauty of 1883 is just astonishing.

It is hard for me to imagine a better western. The ending left me devistated for days. Very few movies (if any) have ever done that.
Lonesome Dove captures the same time period of history equally well with tremendous music and acting. I wouldn't rate one better than the other.
This is exactly the footage Paramount should have used in their official trailer for the show, instead of the most action-packed scenes. After great writing and a great story, you've captured what makes the show so great in this video.
1883 was much better than Yellowstone, in my opinion. This video was enjoyable.

Absolut meine Meinung, zu dieser einmaligen Serie. Habe die Serie auf BluRay und mich noch nicht getraut sie ein zweites Mal anzusehen. Isabel May bleibt unvergesslich in ihrer Rolle als Elsa Dutton, mit ihren Monologen als Unterlage während der tollen Landschaftsaufnahmen. "...it was beautiful ! "

ja und auch so real , nicht so ein verzaubertes abenteuer gelaber sondern blanke realität, gewalt mord und totschlag wegen vieh, wind und wetter berge und morast aber auch liebe zwischen menschen die nicht unterschiedlicher sein könnten

The best series I’ve ever seen hands down
This was amazing. So beautiful and so heart wrenching. Nothing has made me cry like this did especially the ending. This mini series was definitely second to none. Amazing writing and acting.
