I just finished this series today and it sucks that it's over. Great from start to finish and ended in such a beautiful way.

I've never seen a portrayal of someone being in total moral turmoil & burntout with life like what Michael Pitt did with the character of Jimmy Darmody. He perfectly played a disillusioned romantic, disappointed with life. People say his behaviour behind the scenes got him prematurely written-off the show, but I think his character died at the right time. Jimmy was a ticking time bomb. He was always going to die before his time. And Steve Buscemi knocked it out of the park as an arsehole politician who uses the naivety of people like James to achieve their aims. This is a flawless edit.

So she lost people she loved to defend Westeros and then the Starks among others betrayed her and they were surprised when she burnt it all down? The writing in the last season absolutely sucked!

this makes me realize that she did all of this for not just her own survival but her daughters survival in the beginning at least people fallowed her because there methods kept them alive and deep down she wanted to protect her daughter no matter what
