- Best in Town (formerly known as Best of the Best) is BACK for a limited-run season 3. In this episode, Herrine Ro and Erin Kommor search New York City to find the best pepperoni pizza. They visit Prince Street Pizza to try the Spicy Spring, Rubirosa to eat the Tie Dye Roni Pie, and Emily to try two different versions of their pepperoni pizza, The Colony. In the end, they declare which place is the best in town.
Editor’s Note: Insider visited these restaurants in December 2019. The restaurants are all currently closed to dine-in service due to the ongoing pandemic, but have various takeout and delivery options.

Being from Italy, prince's pizza looks amazing!
Trust me, it doesn't taste anything like real pizza from Italy. It is basically 5,000 grams of grease, on top of shit, in a cardboard box.

Pepperoni is the ingredient of this documentary but they do not talk about the quality and différents types of pepperoni used . Basically for them pepperonis are all the same.

I agree with your Prince Street choice. It was more classic than the others.The crust is as important as the rest and it looked perfectly burnt which I love. But burnt crust needs to marry with really good sauce and cheese. The “peps” looked overwhelming but I’ll take ur word that everything was balanced. I really like spicy, so fra diavolo sauce is da bomb.

Spicy could be anything honestly. It could be mild, it could be hot, it could be too little or not be spicy at all for someone. Personally, my spice tolerance isn’t that high, I can handle anything just a little above Buffalo sauce without being irritated. It seriously has me wondering what “spicy” is exactly for these girls.
‘The Spicy Spring’ looks deliciously awesome, definitely down to try it.
