Ahhhh!!! This Guide Kero bro! It took me 3 months to know all of these functions..! Mostly, I learned it from my Family Group as there isn't many guides on them! My family just patiently teaching me everything including how to play Specific Classes! I really wish I knew all these when I first NGS on January 2023.. >.> Even now, I'm still trying to learn as many things such as what is the actual way to PSE Burst and many more etc! So, I'm really glad and happy that you made this guide and I believe it will certainly help new players. Thanks for this bro ;) HUAT AH!
In addition to doing dailies, I also go around each region and collect the Alpha Reactors in Central Aelio, Stellar Fragments in West Retem (Northern most Ryuker Device), Snoal in Central Kvaris (starting in Mistra Woods: North), and invisible boxes in Stia (Dreisen Plant). That grants even more money, and if you're fortunate enough, Arms Refiners from the invisible boxes.

The rarity animations setting also effects what other people see too. If I change my setting to a higher rarity, other players in my party don’t see that I get 4-star yellow triggers when burst farming.
Hey man, just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your channel. Your videos are always clear and direct and you never assume people know what you're talking about, always going into detail. Those "for those who don't know" moments are always gems. I started so many new games this year taking a break from PSO2 and let me tell you bro, peoples channels are terrible compared to what you do LoL

If you are a controller player pls use hold option for back palette skills itll help a damn ton for you. The wall kick option is mainly up to preference but its better to have it on auto. Another thing is with emotes when you use them in chat you will see /la or /mla but if you change /la to /mla or /mla to /la you will get the other version of this emote. The settings keroppi showed in this video is good but again its up to preference, except the lock on keroppi showed that will help you out.

For controller players you can change your skills sub-pallete by pressing left or right on the dpad.
Up and down on the dpad changes your equipped weapons. :)

For controller, having Lock On based on Camera Direction helps, and don't use the Default Control Scheme. It's horrible. Especially if you are swapping weapons on the fly in NGS or in Base.
Some of these I figured out on my own, but some of it wasn't easily noticable. Thanks.
I personally using a 5-button mouse and I set up WA on one of side buttons (in mouse category settings, also set up another side button for weapon palette switch) to free weapon palette from it completely. This way I can use more PAs on a single weapon set-up. The only downside is that it's using WA of currently active weapon. This setup can be difficult for very casual or new players, but I myself just can't play the game properly anymore without it. Just got so used to it.

Ever since I used a controller to play NGS on PC. I never swap back to keyboard or mouse UNLESS I want to chat or do emotes.
Very useful information, though I will make note that if you only do the minimum requirement for daily suppression that you'll only be around 350ish/1000.
A lot of these control options seem very keyboard specific because I love them on gamepad.

I want to know how to get different outfits and cosmic for weapons and character
I have lock on target on camera direction because ultimate power. why havn't you suggested that? its easy to aim at practically anywhere but the most important part is that you can aim past enemies, so you are able to aim your rangers photon blast or braver bows brave combat finisher right in the middle of an enemie group to name 2 examples, very useful! if you take any of the other two options, the target lock on would just stick to whatever enemie is on the outline of an enemie group.
My heals and revives are on my back pallet, so holding the button is easier for me

I''m new to PSO2NG. I dodn't even know what to decide on for the set up screens because every decision you make seems permanent. So I'm trying to get info first. These are questions about permanent decisions I have to make before playing.
Question 1) I have downloaded PSO2NG on my Xbox one s. Can I load up my character with my user account then later can my brother log in with his user account so that we have different character profiles when we play?
Question 2) when the screen first says if you want to link accounts, I would choose yes to connect accounts if I might want to play on another device later on (like another xbox console). Isn't that what everyone should pick? Why would you choose no to not link accounts?
Question 3) for the player ID, can I use my RUclips name? My gamertag name? What are some good suggestions? What are some bad suggestions? I heard to not use your real name.
Question 4) When I choose race and class can I change them later?
Question 5) Do I get 3 free slots of characters to create?
Question 6) If I mess up my character and don't like them, can I delete them and start over and still have the same amount of slots for characters?
Question 7) When I first pick a ship, can I change it later easily?

I'm surprised you use mouse and keyboard. I use either controller or M&K depending on the game, and I didn't think anyone who had a choice would pick M&K for NGS. It works, but it doesn't seem good/right to me I guess?
Also surprised you don't do Ordinal Tower at max rank. It has a lot of weird and good potential drops, but also it's just plain fun! There's secrets and alternate routes and stuff, and you have a week so you don't have to do it back to back either. Maybe you have other 'content' you prefer, but don't forget this game is fun!

to be fair half of those option features where not around when you started playing.
I've been playing with a gamepad since the original JP PSO2 release, and one of the first things I did to make my life easier was pick up one of those miniature chatpad keyboards for my controller. It makes a world of difference having dedicated buttons for the subpalette.
Despite the fast pacing and low number of primary combat actions, PSO2's subpalette system is just not very gamepad friendly. Having to use the D-pad to navigate left and right for the option you want has never worked very well during combat.
They need a dedicated emote scratch... i need more dancing X3

Yeah I just do my daily’s man then I ben getting off because I don’t care about this LTQ other then just getting that one run in for the daily task and this time around I haven’t been farming for points in combat zones ether because I just can’t get the motivation for this event this time around for it and i don’t worry about my weekly’s getting done if they do fine if not I’m not losing nothing it just doesn’t give me a nuff MESETA to even bother with it getting done or not i just don’t care about the weekly’s at all man before the changes it was the other way around i cared about my weekly’s but not my daily’s that’s all that have change for me since that update happened
As a tecter player, I wish I knew they'd completely ruin the class. Shifta/deband was just the surface.. any true tecter misses ramegid-0, megiverse, and zanverse.. Now it's just a crappy melee class. Support is dead.
