That's where you use Loctite to keep that screw secure so the clip doesn't slide. Still, thanks for pointing this out for those of us shopping for a good EDC flashlight.
I don't use the clip.....so not an issue for me.....

No, but you can get a much brighter, rechargeable version of it from Maglite.
