When I try to set up my printer. None of my stuff looks like that.
I'm happy to try to help. What printer and computer are you using?
Mines won’t let me connect to the Wi-Fi
If you press the button with the information 'I" and network symbol, it will print a network connection report that lets you know what errors it is running into.
Let me know if you have other questions!
What printer settings do you use? I'm getting lines in my images after I print them. and on photos that have a lot of black, the print has lines and is spotty.
I haven't adjusted my settings much. I use matte paper setting and best quality. I'll work on a video to show.
Does your epson eco tank 2400 once transferred for sublimation print a 8.5x 11 ? I’ve tried to print for a 20 oz tumbler and it will not print large pictures. It seems like it only does small pictures like for key chains. I’m so frustrated, any tips are appreciated. I’ve been looking through anything on RUclips regarding it.
I was able to take one of these files from the link and print it full page. It has 1/8 inch margin around the all the sides. It was a jpg that I opened then used Control + P to print. Mine already had it set for full page print but you are able to adjust it. I set mine up as landscape and high quality print.

Do you have an ET 2400 or are you trying to determine if it will work for your needs?
When I put sublimation ink in my printer and did the ink installation I had lines in my pages I print, and the colors were off the greens were blue and now I’m seeing you need ICC Profiles, did you need an ICC profile
Have you tried pressing what printed? The sublimation ink looks very different before and after pressing.
If the colors are off after you press it, you should look into the time and temperature of the blank you are pressing then finally ICC profiles. I have a video about them that it won’t let me link right now.

The printer does not appear on my iPad it don’t let me print
I had to shut down my ipad, then turn it back on before mine would print. Part of my problem is that I set the location permission for only while using the app and I was trying to print from Photos. I'm going to start experimenting more with my ipad and sublimation
