    »月饼馅料可以随意用喜欢的果仁代替,不过总重量要准确一样噢。
    »如用不同月饼磨具,请用比例来算。例子(100克磨具):
    饼皮=25/80x100=31克
    馅料=55/80x100=69克
    »Mooncake fillings can be interchanged using the nuts that u prefer, but total weight must be accurately the same.
    »If use different mooncake mould, please use ratio to calculate. Example (100g mould):
    Crust=25/80x100=31g
    Fillings=55/80x100=69g

      as a Chinese,i can tell you wuren moon cake is the most dislike by almost everyone. Most delicious one: lianrong,durian,jade green/feicui,salty egg yolks lianrong and yam

    我试做了你的食谱,大致上都 ok, 内馅偏甜了一点点,我会自己减糖。
    但是,我有一个问题,为什么吃内馅时,吃到粉粉沙沙的口感,我老公和两个孩子都有同感,就是这一点怪罢了,是因为内馅里面的糯米粉吗?糯米粉我也有炒过呀。请问是有什么问题?请指教下,谢谢🙏🏼🙏🏼

    照著這個食譜做了一次就成功了!只是我做的是50g的版本,按比例除開後發覺餅皮要加多大概3g才皮才可以不破,但做出來是很好看也很好吃的💯

    我照着这方子做了,非常成功,月饼回油后的颜色是我做过的月饼里最金黄润泽的。只是饼皮会稍微粘手一些,不过不是大问题,饼皮的延展性很好。老师说可以做6个(同样是75g的模具),但我可以做到7个呢!谢谢分享!

    In you calculation of crust and filling portion based on 100g mould size you have used dis formula :
    crust : 25/80x100=31g
    Filling: 55/80 x 100=69g
    Does it mean I use d same formula to calculate for different mould sizes.
    Example: 125 mould weight.
    Skin: 25/80 x 125=39g
    Filling : 55/80x125=85.9g
    Am I right with this calculation? Tq.

    After 3 days, the ingredients in the mooncake seemed to be too dry.

      U mean after return oil?best to consume within a week, or shorter if u use homemade fillings

    I have tried making Moon Cakes many years by following on RUclips, I couldn’t ever successfully made the Moon Cakes until I learned from Amy’s Cuisine one month ago, I have tried 3 different fillings and they are all successful. (Amy’s Cuisine 👍)
