    I had a job with a full gym in it and I worked an overnight shift so I had it all - including the weight room - to myself. It was really motivating. Now working from can feel like a drag compared to being in "My Own" gym. But I am faithfully following your strength training video 2 - 3 times a week, then rotate in The Body Sculpting Bible, so my muscles don't gets used to the same routine. You truly have a video for everything!

    So far so good with the results! I was overly focused on cardio for awhile, just for the deficit, and had strength on the back burner, but nothing can beat how strong I feel after a good weight workout now.

    Awww, thanks for noticing Hillary. Been doing strength training twice a week... so yes, it makes a HUGE difference! Cardio is fantastic, (and quite frankly my favorite) but added with strength training, results are inevitable. Losing baby weight (for me) is NEVER fast, even with breast feeding. Just slow and steady -- cardio 5-6 times per week, strength training at least 2 times per week, and one session of flexibility.

    How fun would that be--having your own fully equipped gym? Super impressed with your workout schedule. That is great! I hope to continue to put out a new workout most weeks. Seriously keep up the great work! Are you happy with your results?

    Jenny, I have never enjoyed yoga because I have never been flexible. After recently completing your 30-day challenge, I can see benefits of your stretching video and have commited to focused stretching once a week - likely on my day off. Today, after completed Day 4 of your 30-day step challenge (which left me a sweaty happy person), I decided to try this yoga video of yours. Zowie! While no where near an expert, I enjoyed yoga for the first time. Thank you, Jenny, for getting me there, one stretch at a time!

    I'm sure I want to do a call
