Jenny, Thank you for your step video! Step isn't as popular now but I've enjoyed it more than any other cardio workout. I have trouble finding a good class, and when I do, I can't stand the sexual lyrics and music that conflicts with my Christian faith. Plus, I have baby now and have been wanting to work out at home. My husband bought me a step for my birthday and I found your video through Google! What a blessing! No lyrics, straight forward moves, and user friendly teaching style!!! Perfect!!!

I am a huge fan of yours. I'm still trying to get the moves right but you don't make the moves so hard that I would give up. I'm new to step aerobics and you are the best that I've tried!!!!!
This is the first time I have worked out in years. I gained 40 lbs during my 2 daughters pregnancy's and menopause. I am ready to lose it and get back in shape. I wasn't able to do the entire 40 minutes and keeping up with the moves was challenging at best, but I find this work out beginner friendly. I will be back again tomorrow. This is without a doubt the best step instruction video on youtube especially for someone like me with two left feet! The video is clear, audio is clear, the routine is not over complicated but gets me burning major calories! I love it

This was an awesome purchase and a great treadmill! It’s very easy to use and doesn’t take up too much space. I also really loved that there was no assembly required when it arrived.

This one was AWESOME. I am so proud of myself for getting these combos. You build into them in such a way that its easy for my brain to grasp. It may take a few missteps but I get it! I have to admit though, I am glad I am only in my garage gym because those funky pushes had me feeling like a newly birthed baby horse lol. Thank you Jenny for your amazing class. Awesome workout on this steamy Wednesday. It's fun and easy to follow! I like that it is more intermediate and the combos come together quicker, but not too quick. It's awesome cardio and really enjoyable!

As far as calories burned, the amount of calories you burn varies from person to person. A watch with a Heart Rate Monitor will give you the most accurate calorie count. That being said, it could range from 350-500 calories. It is only about 40 min. in length, so it is great for days when you are shorter on time.

Oh wow the combos in this workout are just amazing! The weave was just too much for me in terms of putting all those combos together but that just means I'll repeat this workout the next few weeks :)
Oh boy. I found a larger stepper at Goodwill, cuz I watched the #3 with friends. So I tried this one, I can't run around it fast enough 😆. I'm a beginner. 62 I always enjoyed these kinds of work outs. .......when I did them. 😏
@teegee2010 --so happy you like it! I suppose an option to be able to play it on your tv would be to download it off my site to your computer then use a program that can help you burn it to a dvd. Let me know if I can help at all.
Awesome workout, Jenny. I really like the music and the moves. I've been doing step for awhile, but typically just in between weightlifting sets for circuit-training. This is fun for the pure cardio I'm doing more these days. Thanks for creating this! :)

Same Choreography as 48 min one but shorter lengths for each combo. Fast paced easy to follow, high energy. Love it, Music great. 35/360

@teegee2010 --so happy you like it! I suppose an option to be able to play it on your tv would be to download it off my site to your computer then use a program that can help you burn it to a dvd. Let me know if I can help at all.

Awesome workout, Jenny. I really like the music and the moves. I've been doing step for awhile, but typically just in between weightlifting sets for circuit-training. This is fun for the pure cardio I'm doing more these days. Thanks for creating this! :)
