Being unable to work during the Covid-19 pandemic, I have the opportunity to exercise more, but there are no gyms open in the UK at the moment. Luckily I still have my old step from the 1990's and I am so grateful for your videos. I had forgotten what a fantastic workout step is, and you can do it completely low impact and still get your heart rate up. I started with video number 1 to remind me of the basics and within 2 weeks I was doing this one with my step on a higher level.
I live in the Pacific Northwest. With Covid 19 and all the smoke we've been experiencing, I bought a step to help motivate me to maintain my exercise routine. Then I discovered Jenny Ford's step workouts, and I love it! After about 30 min, I am dripping sweat and have earned over 3,000 steps! Her positive energy and the way she helps me to work my body has also been beneficial for my mental and emotional health. Thanks!

Today I decided to come back to the place that I always had fun and saw you had new videos. This was the first one I've played in a long time. I told myself..."this year I will begin working out!" I've had gym memberships for years, but I had a son, although he's 10 now, his social life keeps me busy, so I hadn't worked out in years! However, I remembered how much I loved Step Class when I did, so I bought the original step! I'm telling you "this bench and YOU" have CHANGED MY LIFE! I never get tiredof a Jenny step workout, always workouts to match your mood and fitness level. Sporting a very small injury so not doing my advanced step workouts at the moment, but this is my great go to workout!

I started step class when I lived in a larger area that had a large group fitness following. When I moved home I am not able to find a class at the YMCA. I found your videos about a year and a half ago and I am SO happy I did. I really miss the community of group fitness classes, but your workouts have made it so I don’t give up on step just because no one is next to me- this video has been my favorite so far. It was so fun to learn new moves and push myself to a sweaty mess! Thanks again!
Thanks so much Jenny. I did step aerobics for years through the 80s into the early 2000s. However I had to stop due to my heart function (congenital defect to my aortic valve). Had open heart surgery April 2015 to get a replacement valve. Been walking but wanted to do step again. Your basic routines have been wonderful. I am able to get through them, am a sweaty mess but feel great. My body is getting toned again and I feel energized. I really do appreciate it!!

I used to do Step many years ago and am now getting back into it. I recognize now that it can be hard to find anyone that teaches Step classes any more - even at local gyms. It is SO great to see all the different Step videos that you have! I love Step and I love the fact you have shorter time frame workouts - 30-40 mins.....that is awesome! I hope you will still do more this coming year - with good intensity for the shorter workout time, like how great this video is. And then I see you have longer workouts too, which is awesome for days when I have more time. I have only one suggestion (hopefully positive critique) - to provide a bit more gradual (off the step) warmup - just a thought. Thank you so much for providing and sharing such wonderful programs. I look forward to trying more of your Step workouts! YAY! I'm so happy to have found you! :-)

I have picked up your Step routines now for the last few weeks ready to get fit to go back to work and am loving it. Your instructions and combos are great and helping me to build up my stamina and co-ordination. Hoping to build up to the Intermediate classes as I carry on with this over the next few months. I shattered my knee cap in a bad car accident 16 months ago. I'm getting back into shape, but there are many things I won't be able to do again. I am so THRILLED to say that your step workouts work for me!!!!!! Not too much bouncing and easy on the lunges, but a strong workout that gets me feeling like I am back in my body again! Wooooooow!!!!!this was a great workout! Just finished! Dripping with sweat! I'm super short and my bench is long so I had to give it everything I got to do that over the bench thing in combo 3 ! And the time went by so fast!! Thx Jenny as always! Xoxo!

I have picked up your Step routines now for the last few weeks ready to get fit to go back to work and am loving it. Your instructions and combos are great and helping me to build up my stamina and co-ordination. Hoping to build up to the Intermediate classes as I carry on with this over the next few months.

I shattered my knee cap in a bad car accident 16 months ago. I'm getting back into shape, but there are many things I won't be able to do again. I am so THRILLED to say that your step workouts work for me!!!!!! Not too much bouncing and easy on the lunges, but a strong workout that gets me feeling like I am back in my body again! Can't thank you enough!

Wooooooow!!!!!this was a great workout! Just finished! Dripping with sweat! I'm super short and my bench is long so I had to give it everything I got to do that over the bench thing in combo 3 ! And the time went by so fast!! Thx Jenny as always! Xoxo!

Jenny you’re the best. You’re positive and encouraging and fun. I love that you don’t tell me I’m awful cos I’m overweight. Some fitness instructors do that which sucks. Instead of putting me down you lift me up. Thank you 😊❤️😊
I am loving all your work outs! I could barely do 15 mins at first 2 weeks ago but now am feeling pumped and much fitter! I use to do step 20 years ago and loved it then and still love it now! Thanks so much for posting your videos!
