Love these beginners workouts. Perfect for the 50 + year old, who doesn’t move like she used to. Good sweat and burn…and easy to follow! Jenni has a great personality!
My second workout with Jenny and my second real step workout ever I think. I got a little of queue a few times in here, but Jenny's great instructions throughout the workout got me right back on track. I never thought I'd say this (because I have 2 left feet) , but I'm loving learning step aerobics.
Well built, great for walking , slow or fast pace. Incline and speed adjustment are smooth and don’t hesitate. I haven’t actually tried to run on it yet but it is rated for running
I haven't done step in years, just wanted to get back at something. I'm definately enjoying these tutorials - tried it today with out the stepper but I can't wait to get my stepper.
Oh my, a new Jenny! I'm happy! Long day at a physical job, so I'm tired. I just finished reading and eating supper, enjoying my evening, but thinking I wanted to do a walk before bed, and bam! I see a new Jenny! I think I'll take all them risers out of my step, do this one gentle modified, right now!
I just love Jenny's videos. I've lost 20lbs on just the beginner videos (and walking everyday for at least 30 minutes), I will try this one next time. Always good aerobic fun with Jenny!

I appreciate your videos so much! I love step aerobics but there aren't many new videos out there. This video is set to a fast BPM so it would be helpful to have the moves called out just a few beats in advance. Thanks for keeping us healthy!

Hi Jenny, I did this today for the first time because I'm always inclined towards picking longer routines. But today I had very little time in my hands and I wanted to do something at least, so I picked this and I loved it. Even in just 20 minutes I worked up quite a sweat. You are looking so great in the lavender shade top and very toned too 💪💪👍👍

175 calories in 20 mins not too shabby! I used 2 steps to make it a bit harder. Next time I will try doing the latest 2 beginner 20 min workouts back to back and make it a bigger calorie burn as I feel safer with the beginner routines. loved it! sweaty! it was fun!

This was a great cardio boost before I started my strength workout. I did find it a bit difficult to keep up though using my usual 2 risers which is unusual because I often do your much longer step routines. Putting it down to not feeling so great today. I'll try it again for sure though! Thanks Jenny. :) PS -- I love your lavender blue singlet. :)

I'm a beginner looking for step hero 3-6, can't find them. This one is too difficult, I got completely lost when the two sections were put together, not ready yet... still learning!
I'm so excited to try this Jenny! Only thing I'm concerned about is I was told in order to lose weight I need my heart to be pumping for 45 minutes or more. Is this true? Will this 20 minute workout help me lose weight?
MaspethBride2Be great question! I always believe anything is better than nothing. Strive for at least 30 min per day and try to alternate your workouts between cardio, strength and flexibility. 👍 Hope that helps!

Rest day is over! Thank God :) so I did it and it was perfect for the rest of my workout because I had some strength exercises with my ankle weights on my schedule so the turn step with the heel & the Charlston (I have no clue how to spell this) were great as a warm up for this. My legs did a good job today with this cardio & sculpt mix. Maybe one day you can create a workout with ankle weights ?! Keep up this good work for us ♥ greetings from Ina

Me too. I had started step aerobics once before when I wasn't so heavy and all I remember my instructor saying was "just don't stop moving" then step back in to the routine when you know what's going on. Right now I do about half to 2/3rs of the moves the rest are basic steps. Slowly but surely you will realize you are doing all of them :D

Steps are overcomlicated for no reason. im only 8 minutes in and im already tired. Not phisically, but mentaly tired. I came for a workout not a dance class what the hell.

Sandra, maybe you should start with a beginner video. There are some of Jenny’s that are very routine and repetitive, you can work out and not have to think about what you are doing. I enjoy these myself sometimes when I need to turn my brain off and just “go with the flow.”

Tiny Head the changes were quick but if you stick it out you can pick most of the moves up. I didn't get them all but still had fun dancing around.
