What kind of wonderful magic is this? I have chronic pain down my entire spine and yoga makes it just bearable. But I've been doing these twice a day for three days now and for the first time since 2016 I'm pain free throughout most of the day! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I have been dealing with panic attacks for the past few months with my body in constant flight or fight. I couldn't believe the overwhelming calmness that I felt when I first watched this video. It was like a breath of fresh air after constant suffering 😢. I am now doing these exercises daily to help regulate my nervous system. Thank you so much, and please keep making videos.

I have lived with chronic pain for the past 9 years. I am 24 years old with 3 prolapsed discs associated with neural impingement, compression and lateral recess stenosis. Since the new year I have been in so much pain. I avoid anything that could possibly help my back in fear it will cause more pain. When I came across this video it was the only one I’ve found that looked gentle enough to do and not super strenuous. I just completed the video and I seriously am at a loss for words. My pain has eased dramatically and although it’s still present I feel like it will be manageable today. Thank you so much.🙏🏼❤️
Is there any science behind what these exercises do? I just can’t believe it!

Honestly, this is the first exercise I've done that I wasn't thinking the whole time when is it finished? I didn't even notice that I was doing this for fifteen minutes. Also I noticed straight away that I was storing lots of emotions on my back, my hips and my stomach. Also a bit on my thighs it was so satisfying to release all that and even my neck felt looser I am so grateful for this exercise and I'm glad I found you.

    What an angel :)
    Thank you for making available.
    I will do more times.
Felt my right side way heavier than my left at the beginning, it was lighter at
    the end, but still heavier.
I had a car hitting mine at my right side and had 2
surgeries on r hip and r shoulder a few years back.
I see chiropractor to adjust my right hip a few times a year/

Thank you so much for your kind words! 🌟 I'm glad you found this class helpful. It's not uncommon to experience imbalances, especially after surgeries and incidents like the car collision you mentioned.

Thank you so much for the video. I have been struggling with tight muscles in my upper stomach, so much that it is affecting my sleep. Any suggestions of specific stretches that I could do to help with that? Thank you!

Hi there! Thank you for your comment and for watching the video. I'm sorry to hear about the tight muscles in your upper stomach affecting your sleep. While yoga can be beneficial for muscle tension, I strongly recommend consulting a healthcare professional to get a proper diagnosis and personalized advice. They can provide you with specific stretches and treatments tailored to your needs.
Wishing you a speedy recovery and better sleep soon! Take care. 😊

Yes, most people feel that way. I definitely used to, but i've learned the value of working smarter vs harder. :)
