Praise God that I found this video ! I am a mechanic and have had terrible lower back pain lately. I am often working in odd positions while also applying extreme force (bent over a hood or curled up in a wheel well wrenching hard on stuck bolts). I did this today and it caused my lower back to SCREAM in pain. Every step or small movement was extremely painful. The stretches in this video brought significant relief. The pain is still there but it is much less extreme. I thank God for healing and I am also thankful to those who put out this video. God bless you ! Hi. Just wanted to say a big thank you for showing these exercises. I have a large cyst 8cm on my right ovary but day before yesterday I got up at 1.30am to use the bathroom and then felt like a whole nerve line pain on the right side of my spine. @@Performance-Place-chiropractor It could be how I've been sleeping. I do generally sleep on my left side. I just woke up one day with a sharp twinge whenever I turn or bend a certain way. And maybe just lack of movement in general because I'm working from home. Im going to make sure I do these stretches every morning

Im going to have a hot bath later that should help right? And stretch after I finish work n every morning

Accidentally pinched a nerve in my lower back when exercising.. since I have a history of disc herniation/sciatica pain, I was really worried all of that was gonna come back again. These exercises worked a charm! I basically have no pinched sensation after carefully following along and going through all four. I'm definitely gonna keep doing them, but so happy and relieved that the pain is gone. Thank you!!
Wonderful! Is it nice to see that the body can feel normal so quickly even when you may have a long battle with an issue. We often find there can be a hidden root cause that make body’s more irritable even when they feel better. A physical examination can help find it so it can be treated
Just tried some before bed. Been dealing with pinched nerve in the lower back all day and on and off for months. Wow this helped a lot ! Will keep doing these
During the 3rd stretch I had a strong pain near my left testicle. I train on a daily basis, but have a pinched nerve and due to bad cold couldn't walk the other day. Feeling better after stretching. THANK YOU!

The third stretch, the “reading a book at the beach” stretch really hurt ….Looking “over the sand dune” stretch was very challenging..I could not straighten my arms all the way due to the pain i feel in my lower back. The first stretches felt good. I thought my pain was directly in the middle of my lower back, but I realized while I did the stretches, that it is more so in my right side. Thank you for sharing your video. I hope to be able to do the third stretch without pain soon. Thank u again😊

TYSM! :) I shifted incorrectly right before squats at the gym a few days ago and feel a tiny pinch in my lower back now preventing me from doing my normal exercise. These exercises helped. I did have to skip through a lot of the intro/talking but only bc I was looking to get straight into the exercises. Very helpful again thnx for posting this! 😊

I need mine to pop… it’s been nibbling for over 4 weeks and now it’s hurting, when I rotate leg prom hip lying down it kind of grinds clicks like rolling over a bump… I need my back to pop 😢

I pinched a nerve in my lower back yesterday after doing the leg press at the gym. I just done your stretches and I was able to walk normally once I had done them where before I was limping with pain and stiff. Thanks loads, Darren, from the UK

Good video. I have been training myself to do these and a few others over the last month. Had an MRI and two sets of x-rays. Lumbar degeneration from aging, 68 now. BMI 25.3 But stopped drinking for a month or two to get the weight down a bit. MRI doctor said no herniated discs, just aging. Large cyst at the base but he said they will not touch it. The doctor turned me off though when he said to quit going to an American-educated chiropractor. I am in Japan and retired here but am still a NYorker by heart. I was having excruciating sharp pains that would make me fall to the ground and scream from my lower back lumbar right side. Amazing pain. Between the chiropractor and stretching routines, I rarely have bad twinges but am more careful. I still do walk 12,000 steps a day rain or shine. Thanks for the videos.

This is my teenager son’s account I created for him. Thank you for the exercises. Two weeks ago I was sitting on a bean bag chair with my legs fully extended in front of me off the bean bag chair, my tailbone hard up against the bean bag chair with a lot of my body pressure against the tailbone and my back and neck only being on the bean bag chair so my body looked like a downward decline road sign. When trying to sit up I got immediate groin pain as had mesh surgery for inguinal surgery 5 years earlier around there. Next day was fine but by night time after taking off a tight belt had significant pain on that area. The next day I was having tingling tickling behind the testicles, buttocks, back of upper, lower legs and right foot. The symptoms progressed from there to where I now have pain, tickling in the rectal area driving me mad. Still soreness at the inguinal area. They did an scrotal/testical ultrasound and found nothing. Also my legs feel very heavy, tickling around tailbone and tingling right foot. I have read compressed nerves in the lumbar spine can cause rectal pain, tingling and fullness. Pretty healthy guy. Done blood work and urine tests and all great. Thought maybe hemorrhoid but when I stretch and start to walk it lifts a bit. Going to try these exercises to see if it is compressed, to release it because driving me crazy. Live out of state. Hey there. Great write up. Sorry to hear you have been dealing with it. We have seen a few people with symptoms like this and they have gotten better. We had to do a pretty detailed physical examination to see what is what. In the end if I recall it took a few months to help them sort it out. It was all exercise and stretching that we gave them but all of the suggestions were tested to see if they were safe to do in office. Something in my lower back through my left leg popped while walking and suddenly it was excruciating to walk. I tried walking and twisting it out but it only made it worse so I panicked and looked up how to unpinch a nerve and WOW, in ten minutes the pain was gone and my legs felt back to normal thank you!! :)

Oh my gosh! Breathing is the key. I noticed the difference when I closed my eyes and did deep cleansing breaths with 5 count and then relax! Ugh! Nothing over the counter relieves this pain! Thank you!

My entire skeleton is not aligned properly and I do some basic stretches regularly because I have to stay active after 4 highly invasive back surgeries. I do a lot on a farm to stay fit but today I woke up, got out of bed and my right side of my tailbone was pinched majorly to the point I could barely walk. Every step was excruciating. Took the air out of my lungs with each right footstep. These stretches really helped I'll need to incorporate them into my regular schedule because the pain hasn't gone away fully but I'm strengthening that area and aligning the upper body with that look over the fence stretch big time thank you so much

I have dealing with insane back pain, my back literally felt like it was on fire mid night. It’s effected my sleep. I could only get a few hours of sleep a night it was terrible. This has helped a lot and ICE. Use ice packs. Thank you

I have a chronic bulging disc since 2007 in Lumber spine C 3 and C 4 herniated disc Iam having pain daily at my lower back at the spine side if I bend forward by mistake for any house hold work it’s happened every time for which I can’t even use washroom .. going to washroom is very painful for me and while sleeping I can’t move … so I watched your videos and do exercises it’s help me a lot… god bless you

Yah that second exercise fixed me. I'm 47 and it happened to me I think I caused it coming back from grocery shopping with my hands full. It was painful for a month. I did that second exercise and something just cracked and felt good immediately. I'm still feeling residual pain in my back but I have my full range of motion back.

And maybe just lack of movement in general because I'm working from home. Im going to make sure I do these stretches every morning

Accidentally pinched a nerve in my lower back when exercising.. since I have a history of disc herniation/sciatica pain, I was really worried all of that was gonna come back again. These exercises worked a charm! I basically have no pinched sensation after carefully following along and going through all four. I'm definitely gonna keep doing them, but so happy and relieved that the pain is gone. Thank you!!
Wonderful! Is it nice to see that the body can feel normal so quickly even when you may have a long battle with an issue. We often find there can be a hidden root cause that make body’s more irritable even when they feel better. A physical examination can help find it so it can be treated

During the 3rd stretch I had a strong pain near my left testicle. I train on a daily basis, but have a pinched nerve and due to bad cold couldn't walk the other day. Feeling better after stretching. THANK YOU!

The third stretch, the “reading a book at the beach” stretch really hurt ….Looking “over the sand dune” stretch was very challenging..I could not straighten my arms all the way due to the pain i feel in my lower back. The first stretches felt good. I thought my pain was directly in the middle of my lower back, but I realized while I did the stretches, that it is more so in my right side. Thank you for sharing your video. I hope to be able to do the third stretch without pain soon. Thank u again😊

TYSM! :) I shifted incorrectly right before squats at the gym a few days ago and feel a tiny pinch in my lower back now preventing me from doing my normal exercise. These exercises helped. Same here! My lower back started to experience numbness after doing leg press at the gym. I had been resting for a few days but not only it’s not getting better, some how is getting worse 😬 Gonna try out the stretches and hopefully it will help.

Good video. I have been training myself to do these and a few others over the last month. Had an MRI and two sets of x-rays. Lumbar degeneration from aging, 68 now. BMI 25.3 But stopped drinking for a month or two to get the weight down a bit. MRI doctor said no herniated discs, just aging. Large cyst at the base but he said they will not touch it. The doctor turned me off though when he said to quit going to an American-educated chiropractor. I am in Japan and retired here but am still a NYorker by heart. I was having excruciating sharp pains that would make me fall to the ground and scream from my lower back lumbar right side. Amazing pain. Between the chiropractor and stretching routines, I rarely have bad twinges but am more careful. I still do walk 12,000 steps a day rain or shine.

This is my teenager son’s account I created for him. Thank you for the exercises. Two weeks ago I was sitting on a bean bag chair with my legs fully extended in front of me off the bean bag chair, my tailbone hard up against the bean bag chair with a lot of my body pressure against the tailbone and my back and neck only being on the bean bag chair so my body looked like a downward decline road sign.
When trying to sit up I got immediate groin pain as had mesh surgery for inguinal surgery 5 years earlier around there. Next day was fine but by night time after taking off a tight belt had significant pain on that area. The next day I was having tingling tickling behind the testicles, buttocks, back of upper, lower legs and right foot.
The symptoms progressed from there to where I now have pain, tickling in the rectal area driving me mad. Still soreness at the inguinal area. They did an scrotal/testical ultrasound and found nothing. Also my legs feel very heavy, tickling around tailbone and tingling right foot.
I have read compressed nerves in the lumbar spine can cause rectal pain, tingling and fullness.
Pretty healthy guy. Done blood work and urine tests and all great. Thought maybe hemorrhoid but when I stretch and start to walk it lifts a bit.
Going to try these exercises to see if it is compressed, to release it because driving me crazy. Live out of state.

Hey there. Great write up. Sorry to hear you have been dealing with it. We have seen a few people with symptoms like this and they have gotten better. We had to do a pretty detailed physical examination to see what is what. In the end if I recall it took a few months to help them sort it out. It was all exercise and stretching that we gave them but all of the suggestions were tested to see if they were safe to do in office. Something in my lower back through my left leg popped while walking and suddenly it was excruciating to walk. I tried walking and twisting it out but it only made it worse so I panicked and looked up how to unpinch a nerve and WOW, in ten minutes the pain was gone and my legs felt back to normal thank you!! :)

Oh my gosh! Breathing is the key. I noticed the difference when I closed my eyes and did deep cleansing breaths with 5 count and then relax! Ugh! Nothing over the counter relieves this pain! Thank you!

My entire skeleton is not aligned properly and I do some basic stretches regularly because I have to stay active after 4 highly invasive back surgeries. I do a lot on a farm to stay fit but today I woke up, got out of bed and my right side of my tailbone was pinched majorly to the point I could barely walk. Every step was excruciating. Took the air out of my lungs with each right footstep. These stretches really helped I'll need to incorporate them into my regular schedule because the pain hasn't gone away fully but I'm strengthening that area and aligning the upper body with that look over the fence stretch big time thank you so much

I have dealing with insane back pain, my back literally felt like it was on fire mid night. It’s effected my sleep. I could only get a few hours of sleep a night it was terrible. This has helped a lot and ICE. Use ice packs. Thank you

I have a chronic bulging disc since 2007 in Lumber spine C 3 and C 4 herniated disc Iam having pain daily at my lower back at the spine side if I bend forward by mistake for any house hold work it’s happened every time for which I can’t even use washroom .. going to washroom is very painful for me and while sleeping I can’t move … so I watched your videos and do exercises it’s help me a lot… god bless you

Yah that second exercise fixed me. I'm 47 and it happened to me I think I caused it coming back from grocery shopping with my hands full. It was painful for a month. I did that second exercise and something just cracked and felt good immediately. I'm still feeling residual pain in my back but I have my full range of motion back.
