- 1 HOUR FOCACCIA! 🍞⏳
Soft and fluffy focaccia with a crispy and satisfying crust. Great for alongside pastas, for sandwiches and for sharing with friends and family. All in an hour from start to finish!
We've made plenty of focaccias the normal way with multiple folds, resting and patience. That always needs some planning ahead but we don't always have time (or the craving hasn't hit yet 😋). Even though the real thing is always so delicious, in a pinch this works great!

Made this today. Absolutely delicious and easy. I let it rise most of the afternoon.
Je veux la recette en français SVP merci 🙏
@@rubisbellil450 apprends ces quelques mots sinon vas faire la greve. ces francais, serieux hahahah. jrigole bien sure
320 ml of water
8 g sugar
Instant yeast 7 g
Blend
Plain flour 400 g
Salt 8 g
Leave to rise 15 min
Grease and put in pan
Leave for 10 min
Bake 200* 6-10 min
250°C could burn instead. Maybe 190-200 in countertop/small oven.
@@theMarhaenist can you give the measurements in cups/spoons
@@user-tq2gy3mw9sit’s better when done in metrics cuz it’s more accurate,
1.35 cups of water
A little over half a tablespoon of sugar
Half a tablespoon of yeast
1 3/4 cups of flour
A little over half a tablespoon of salt
@@wareeshakhan786I converted and got 3.2 cups of flour
I added cheese in mine and garlic, OMG, it came out AMAZING!!! I’ve made bread before but it was a disaster, this takes NO TIME, and leaves the sides crunchy and the inside so airy!!! LOVE IT!!!
What kind of cheese??
@@Mandapanda. fart cheese

Just made this 😊
Never thought it would turn out this perfect 😁... The dough wasn't firm like in the video at all, but I figured I've got nothing to lose 😅
Did garlicpowder, onionpowder, chiaseeds, seasalt and grated parmesan on top, sprinkled some homepressed olive oil on top and in the oven for 25 minutes in 220C.
We finished half a loaf with garlicbutter melted into the slices, delicious 🤩🥳
My man, I made this and it was the softest foccaccia I have ever made, and I even tried authentic italian genovese focaccia from giallozafferano multiple times. The only difference from the recipe was you had to bake it for AT LEAST 15 minutes, not 6 to 10. Nevertheless, it was amazing. Thank you! ❤
Not all ovens are gonna have the same temp internally even though they all say the same, which is why it's important to have an oven thermometer! Just found this out yesterday and trying to share 😅
@@lofidusk9814you are totally right
Yeah I learned this the hard way 😅@lofidusk9814
This recipe is the best, most recipes require the dough to sit for 24hrs,who has 24 hrs 😂 thanks it's easy, soft and tasty .
ahahaha right!!
True, BUT.... best flavor developes with time waited!!
Because of the amount of yeast. More yeast less time. Less yeast more time(better this way)
@@bailacummia349 So if I use half the yeast and let it sit overnight, will it be soft? Genuine question.
@@rosetealatte9282 you can use a quarter of yest! Personally I use 2 grams of yeast on 500 grams of flour. I make the dough then I let it rest for half an hour. Then I make some fold on it e let rest again( I repeat this procedure for 3 times) then I put the Dough in a bowl with some oil and I cover it really well. I put the bowl in the fridge till next morning. Then I take the bowl and let the dough rinse in a warm place for alla the day till dinner when I spread it into the baking tray and let it rinse another hour before I cook it.
Very soft and digestible trust me.
i love this i dont wanna wait 24h for focaccia i want it now. Thanks so much!
It tastes best when the flavor is allowed to develop overnight in the fridge.
I have made this a few times. Mix yeast and sugar in warm water. Left to rest for a few hours. Comes out amazing.
If you can't quite stretch the dough to the edges of the pan, let it rise a little more and it should become more stretchy.
Most focaccia recipes are literally A WHOLE NIGHT of waiting. While I do understand that this complexifies the overall flavours of the resulting focaccia bread, the wait just seems SO long. If you wanna have it as soon as possible, this is a great solution!
In my country there is product called baker bonus A that makes your bread tastes like sourdough.. no need of waiting
@@pewdavid3338 that's really cool for convenience!
Warning! ⚠️ The recipe doesn't tell you all the steps, like using luke warm water, leaving the yeast to do it's thing and so on... It might come out good but you need to know how to work with dough beforehand.
can we use hair olive oil for eating?
@@anonartacademy1528 no they add hair product to that
@@anonartacademy1528that sounds very healthy you have to use your hair as a brush to make it more organic 😅
Yum. I am definitely making this. Looks pretty easy and delicious
Oh yeah! I have to bake it at least 15 mins love this recipe. Please try with minced garlic and peppercorns!
I just made it and I love it so much! It took me 20min to bake it but otherwise everything about this recipe was amazing. I also added some cherry tomatoes. :3
I literally just made this and add it olives and tomatoes. And omg Becky it was so good! Thank you so much xoxo
Just made this and it turned out great! I did about 15-20 mins and got the crust i wanted. Fresh baked focaccia is just yum.
Ok. This is just as simple and easy as it is shown here. Made this and it was totally delicious and easy to make.
been searching and this so far is the easiest recipe. thanks. can't wait to do this NOW!
What is recipe in cups and easy measurements please
Thanks for the recipe
It was delicious My family loved it
Bit flat looking but hey I'm sure it tasted good. I gotta feeling that if you gave it a slightly longer proofing time and didn't knock so much air out of it, you'd get a taller focaccia. Need more olive oil too, make it crunchy crust everywhere..top and bottom
i just made it i had to bake it for 10 munets and all i can say OMG SO GOOD . thank you
Wow! Looks delicious 😋
I've never seen dough made in a blender before, I've got to try that.
I let mine rise for a few hours but....very good and also great pizza dough
I love making this I could eat this every day 😋
This is like the fourth focaccia bread recipe video I've seen
Everyone loves focaccia 😁
BRO SAME
SAME. What's up with the focaccia disease now 😂
same i only looked up focaccia bread like one time too
Super delicious and quick! I tried many different ones with rosemary, oregano, thime/ dried tomato's, olives/ seasalt etc, cooked twice a day, everyone loved it!
Just came out of the oven. So good! Won't last till the evening 😂
Thanks so much ❤
Just made this…… OMG! So easy and it tastes amazing. Thank you 😀
I did it twice today with Turkish breakfast was so delicious !!
Great recipe!
But word of advice: DO NOT confuse plain flour with all purpose flour
Not like i did or anything…haha. Ha.
(It was so sticky ;-;)
Soooo gooood 🤩😍😋👏🏼👏🏼
Thank you for the recipe 👍🏼🎉
Proof it for 2 hours. Cmon man.
Just made this, it was so good! Definitely gonna make it again and again
Just made this. Really good.
Honestly, this was delicious.
Gracias.
La preparé hoy día.
Estaba tan rica q no esperamos a q enfríe.
When they used the processor for the yeast and water mixture I just 😮
I know this isn't technically focaccia, but i do not care, this thing slaps harder than my dad
not disagreeing but in what way?
@@teddygurl8415 true focaccia is left to ferment for about 24 hours, this doesn't, it definitely tastes slightly different but it's still delicious!
Trying this today
This turned out to be great! well done mate
This was yummy
My dough was super sticky 🥲. I don’t have a scale and I think I miss measured. How do I measure without a scale.
Fabulous!
For working people like us this is the most ideal and easiest. Taste good too!!! 🙏
This one looks so easy, definitely gunna try this and try to make pizza focaccia
I love 👍♥️👍 watching your video! I learn something , I’m going to try this , ☝️♥️☝️🤗✋ thank you for Sharing that ,,, Love it 😍 🥰😘😋😇👍👍☝️☝️
I guess I'm too uncultured to care about the 24 hr wait time, I made this to go with a stew for dinner and it came out perfectly for my purposes ☺️
I'll be making your recipe next Wednesday, it looks delicious! 😋
My first time😉👍🤪😂😂
I prepared your recipe and came out DELICIOUS ‼️ 😋😋 Thank You ‼️‼️‼️
@@dhenriodful 😁😁
Great song choice. Boppin
Amazing.
I literally made this last night just knowing the ratio of bread being approximately 72 percent hydration
i have a regular food processor- can that be used or it must be a Ninja?
That looks so darn goood
Oh my god that looks good! 🤤
Wow so easy for me I m so happy 😅
Amazing 🎉🎉
Amazing
Perfect!
good
olive oil.. boleh diganti mentega cair gk ..???
That might change the bread, I would recommend staying with using olive oil.
Wow it is nice and easy, can i use rice cooker for this?thanks💕
I don't think you can use a rice cooker, no!
Sorry but I prefer to leave to rest in the fridge overnight. Make all the difference. We can not rush the focaccia. Need to rest give time to glúten develop and give the dough the perfect texture
How interesing, i shall try
I think I messed up the first time! But still came out tasty!
Amazing 😋😋👍👌
That was QUICK, and easy. Did you use a metal pan of aluminum or a cast iron pan?
It took 20 minutes instead of 6-10, but otherwise an incredible recipe!
wonderful
I don't have instant yeast. Is there a change in rise time for that?
took one hour or less and tastes amazing
Making dough in a food processor is crazy
I mean, it is quick
James looked like family guys idea of Gary Busey w/ those teeth lmaooo
Man, so easy. Make a great appetizer.
The dough looks too dry for focaccia, that’s why you’re not getting the big air pockets and crumb you should have in focaccia.
how much is all of this in Cup's instead of grams I cant seem to figure it out
400g Plain Flour
320ml Water (warm)
8g Salt
8g Sugar
7g Instant yeast (one sachet)
What is the size of your cup? Please americans weight everything. Its really demanded to know your hydrotation.
- 2 1/2 cups plain flour
- 1 1/3 cups warm water
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
What are those measurements in cups and spoons
This looks good dipped in mushroom soup 😋😋😋😋
Отлично! Но хотелось увидеть перевод, я из России👋
What flour is tht? Bread flour or weat or all purpose flour?
Art is right
That’s gonna be more like pizza dough.
This came way too sticky for me. Even as i added extra flour all of the dough stuck to my hands
I learn about the recipe from the comments, more than from the contentor.😂 so you should use only flour 550. All purpose flour. The other types wont work.
Thanks I was going to attempt this with gluten free flour but won’t bother now
Yummyyy
❤❤❤
everytime i make this the dough comes our super sticky and i always have to end up using more flour.. what am i doing wrong?
I used this recipe but flour ain't 400gram though
What is it then? ?
I thought you're supposed to drown it in olive oil
Can you do more dough/bread video using food processor.
We tried and done the recipe as video. Failed horribly and went for dinner outside. Thanks.😢
Why you had to put these poor yeasts in a blender, pretty sure you lost a bunch of them in the process. You need them for your dough to rise...
ESSA PORRA AÍ VEM DO ANTIGO CÉU
Gonna give a go. Seems much less work. Thanks for the recipe.
Warm water
❤
wenn es all diese Rezepte jetzt noch in deutsch oder norwegisch geben würde, dann könnte ich sie besser verstehen
Can we use any other oil yhan olive
Can someone please provide me to recipe in cups or instead of grams?
