Toro Mower Not Starting - EASY Fix

I was about to give up on this $10 Toro because it was hard to start and this spring, would not run. Making sure there was a good clamp on hoses fixed the start problem, and a quick clean of the two jets solved 100% of the running problems. Very easy fix.

Soaking those parts in carb cleaner and then passing an old guitar string through those passages works really well for cleaning them out. Did the same treatment to my Toro last summer, and now that I know how simple it is, I'll probably have the mower forever...

Very nice, glad you got it going! I have the same mower, and just repaired sever minor issues it was having. These like a clean air filter, too.
