I’m thinking Sky is your camera operator and editor and sound person, after 40 years in television she is doing a great job and you are a natural in front of the camera. Still tu comida is tan Sabrosa! In English it is so tasty!
Idk if it works for all chiles but i broil green chilies in the oven on high heat/ flip them over around 3-5 and watch them then pull them out and cover them like she did (I use a plastic bag though 🙊) and they peel so easily so maybe see if it works with poblanos too? I’m gonna try to make this within the next month so if I try it and it works I’ll lyk bc I’ll be coming back to this recipe lol
@Christy _ I do put my poblanos in the oven and broil them on each side then use a bag to steam them. I just am so impatient when it comes to removing the skin and seeds. But the sauce is insanely good!!! I always make extra and freeze half for another day so I don't have to repeat the process.

I would love to make this as is in the winter but for the summer I would improvise. Instead of rice I would use cauliflower rice and no tortillas. Everything else for sure thou! Thank you for posting delicious recipes!❤

I'm a type 1 diabetic and watching my carbs is very important to maintaining my blood sugars.
