I'm a 70-year old British guy - and I absolutely love your reaction, which 100% gets the point of the song. Brilliant !
you should try reacting to Pink Floyd's 1994 Pulse concert which was released as a live album. They do the whole of dark side of the moon and amazingly they do it even better than the studio version. and tryl listening to Comfortably Numb; Sorrow; High Hopes; and Wish You Were Here also off the Pulse album. For me it's the best music ever performed.

I'm sure I am not the first to say this... The best way to listen to this album, and the way Floyd intended it, is from beginning to end, without interruption. This album is not really meant to be listened to song by song, and it really doesn't work for some songs. Start at Breathe, and just hit play. Break up the videos if you want, but for the best most authentic reaction, listen to it from beginning to end. I absolutely, 100 percent, promise you that you will not be disappointed. Then go do the same for Wish You Were Here, and then the Wall. I recently subscribed as a result of the classic rock reactions... really enjoying seeing you explore and discover this era. It was like a mini renaissance, amazing artists. I also highly recommend Crosby Stills and Nash, Suite Judy Blue Eyes

Many reactors have done it in two reactions, side 1 and 2. I think you'll appreciate it more than just listening to single tracks from the album. Duran, Duran - Hungry Like A Wolf; Supertramp, Def Leppard, The Cars and Cheap Trick. The most modern music I have, is Sick Puppies, Shinedown, JJ Wolf (Canadian), and Nikki Sixx, as a solo artist. Theory of a Deadman (TOAD), and Nirvana. The newest vinyl I bought was Thriller (MJ). I also enjoyed Isaac Hayes (very sexy voice, mood music) and Rick James - Super freak. ❤❤ A new subscriber, from Canada, to your channel. I love the memories. Thank you. 🇨🇦

I'm in the first class traveling section I think I need a leer jet. But if you ask for a raise it's no surprise that they're giving none away. Not in order of appearance in the song, but those are they lyrics that always stick out to me. Instead of "How can I help?" it seems to be "What can I buy?". I see your pinned comment below about learning so much from Pink Floyd. I did too, much earlier in life. And to think that they were only late twenties, thirty years old when they wrote/recorded "Dark Side of the Moon". Wise beyond their years - especially when I think about the song "Time". “Every man has two lives, and the second starts when he realizes he has just one” - Confucius....Money is a man made construct, the things people will actually do for money, choice or no choice really pains me. Nobody really needs money, look at what has it made us become. This album is about the human condition and touches very deeply into the madness of the human psyche. there is no such thing as time, only in the concious world the world or relativity. subconciously it doesn`t exist along with space, only last week i snoozed my alarm; slept for 2 mins but dreamt for 18 hours. But you are right MDreeezy, Some politicians say there should be no private property, but they can still hold on to their million pound houses right (not giving that shit up) Pink Floyd really have something here and this piece of genius was produced in 1973. I wonder where the time went like everybody, but ironically i care less about material shit and money the older i get, guess it`s a natural progression. Jeff bazos on his deathbed will be no richer than the poorest person on earth. Being happy, content and healthy makes you rich. I had fuck all when i was a kid like a lot of people and there are times when i`ve had nothing, ironically those were the happiest times, those are the times i actually felt rich. Sad, crazy world we live in.

I always thought it was "the love of money is the root of all evil". Money itself isn't evil and many people do great things with money. There are wealthy people who give back to society but by far, I think most tend to fall in love with having money and actually become more selfish and fearful of losing their wealth. I think most of us on this planet know, you don't need money to find happiness but we understand the struggles of high rent/low wages and the worry about an unexpected financial hardship. We see how the system is built for the wealthy to benefit the most. I know that you will appreciate Pink Floyd's Animals Album. (especially in order) Love n peace

You definitely need to check out some Dylan songs - there's a line in Masters of War that goes . . . I think you will find, When your death takes its toll, All the money you've made
Will never buy back your soul. In another song there's a line that goes . . . money doesn't talk it swears.

They say money changes a person. I think it just amplifies their character. If you're a prick when you're poor you'll be much worse when you're rich.

#FunFact ✍🏻 These are the Lyrics "the Teacher" makes fun of when he shouts at a young 'Pink' in class for writing "Poems" instead of paying attention. Then wacks him across the hand with a ruler. 🤗 I think "Pink" got the last laugh though.... 😉🥰🐰

You are wise beyond your years my young brother I love your open mind. Every song on the album is an anthem speaking to some aspect of the human condition. MONEY IS EVIL always remember that my young brother behind every dollar is blood the Empire always chooses profits over people and greed for that dollar is what drives Evil all over the world nearly since the beginning of time. Never ever ever ever ever let it be your life

The sax solo is cool but, on the album version, it leads into an awesome guitar solo - this was cut out for the single version so it wasn't too long to get airplay. Shame - it's a really rocking solo. Shine On You Crazy Diamond next methinks

I come to your channel for Ren and the classics. In Money Game 3 Jimmy was after approval from his dad. His father died without Jimmy getting his approval.
I don't think he realized he never would. Everything he did wasn't good enough for his dad. After his dad died Jimmy went downhill and lost everything.
You compared love and money to make you happy. Happiness comes from within. If you are not happy, nothing will make you happy. Great reaction as always!

    - Actual quotation (from Christian Bible):
"The *LOVE OF* MONEY is *A* root of all kinds of evil."
    - This expresses a fundamental difference to just plain MONEY.
    - Furthermore, it's indicated as just ONE root, not THE root. And, of ALL KINDS of evil, not some all-encompassing "Evil".
    - So, the point is that the LOVE OF MONEY can compel people to do "evil" things.

The actual phrase isn’t “money is the root of all evil”, it’s “THE LOVE of money is the root of all evil”. Having money is fine, but when it becomes your god, it’s a game changer.

The Bible says the LOVE OF MONEY IS the root of all evil. God wants us to work for our needs then share out of love for others. Lying, cheating, stealing, killing and corruption or coveting is evil. Just enough $ for you and your family should be fine. Money is NOT EVIL .

You may enjoy a thought experiment. Where exactly does money get its value? In any form. Gold, diamonds, cash. Every bit of it comes solely from our imagination. It isn't real. So when a person is a lover of money that person loves nothing at ,all.
