    Good job Jorge! I really liked the content! I'm a Ford guy and I own a lot of Ford stock so it's great to see you representing the name. 3 hours to complete the buying process seems a bit long to me though. Is there anyway you can stream line that to get it under an hour? I know a lot of other competitors like Tesla are doing that..

      Right on! Sometimes there is no way to shortcut customer's questions. Specifically if they don't know much about ford or are negotiating a lot. Now, if a customer knows exactly what he wants then I can get them in and out in under 45 minutes. Thanks for watching and stopping by!

    Im getting ready to start a salesman position at a ford dealership within the month. this video really helped me understand what is going on as i have no experiance within the car sales world. they said ill be shadowing with someone for my first 2 weeks to a month im there and then i have to take a sellers license test.

    I would like for you to air a video of a two-door Bronco being delivered to someone who’s never had a Bronco. It might be more exciting. Especially if they ordered it and waited forever for it to be delivered.

      Howdy and welcome! Thanks for stopping by! At the moment Ford has not indicated that there will be a hybrid version on expedition. I think that is more towards a 2024

    Hey Jorge, sure appreciate your honest, no pressure approach to helping customers. I came in last June or July when there was essentially zero inventory and wound up not ordering anything at the time despite the great offer you made on my trade. Still haven’t done anything, mostly because I haven’t been able to decide on a particular vehicle. As odd as it may sound I’m considering anything from a Maverick to a Super Duty, really interested in the ‘23 F-150 Tremor since it will be available with the 5.0. Probably come see you again in the next couple of months.

      it's odd, we have a more difficult time finding a buyer for low trim level super duties whereas a Platinum flies off the lot

    I got a question I recently got my Ford Bronco and my sticker price was more than what I ordered it for but the dealership said that if Ford reimburses them they would cut me a check does this make sense I ordered it about 7 months ago when the MSRP was 29,300

      Your dealer should have checked ford's system for a rebate to compensate the price increase. the ford's system is called Vincint.

      Will not be easy. Plan to struggle while you find your process but once you do get your rhythm it'll all fall into place.

    Did you say you ship anywhere in the country? would it cost more to have you ship here to new york? I feel like my dealership here will mark up my order by alot.

    Many truths and tactics are coming out about salesman. Customers are getting tired of it. I understand salesman have a job to do but consumers job is not to be taken advantage of.

      The focus is shifting toward building genuine relationships and providing real value. This is echoed in the rise of "consultative selling," where the salesperson acts as a consultant, focusing on meeting the customer's needs rather than just closing a deal. Thanks for bringing up an important point-consumers should never feel exploited.

    If you’re charging over MSRP and putting in hidden fees you are not good sales reps no matter how prompt you are. I’d rather have someone who is late with an attitude who is charging me factory price.

      I don't think price has anything to do with being a good salesperson. I think a salesperson is defined by his willingness to genuinely provide value to the client, satisfy his clients needs and have the ability to solve the clients problems. Now, some sales people do not work ethically and that's a different story. If you have someone that is charging over msrp then just move on and find someone that can solve your problem which is paying over list price. I feel confident in saying that I work for my customers, give them transparency and make sure they get the best vehicle for their needs and wants.

      People get mad at the sales person when in reality I don’t think they have much control over the price that’s already decided by the dealership or am I wrong Im trying to to be a car salesman. I have a cousin who sells for Toyota and he said he makes 4-5k almost every month

    I hate most car salesmen. For a product that loses value very quickly I think you should be bending over backwards for the customer to take the product. No such thing as a great deal

      It's the law that says you have to buy from a dealership so I wouldn't get too upset with salesman. Salesman get ripped on by their managers and a lot of people waste their time. Don't forget that people also rip off salesman with bad trades.

      @@redd7188 exactly. People shit on salesmen as if theyre some genius hypnotist. Theyre usually just a normal dude, following managers orders. They have LITERALLY no say in the deal. their job is the middleman between the manager and the customer.

      What does the saleman have to do about it? They are the one that communicates the managers price to the customer. They dont give a shit about you, they dont give a shit about the car, generally. They are just there to say "hello. you would like to buy this car? right, the company (not me personally) is willing to sell it at this price. what is your credit score?... not great? well its going to be tough to get that price. let me ask the manager"
      if you get taken advantage of by a salesmen, who was the one responsible for signing? you. Who agreed to the price? you. who went all the way through finance afraid to say no to the scary man in a suit? you. Like you said, they should be bending over backwards for the customer. If youre a loser that doesnt make them do that, and you make it easy on them, you're going to hate THEM for it? i think some introspection is in order.
      or are you upset your local laws force you to buy from a dealer? Then what does the salesman have to do with that? how about you actually vote in your local elections, unlike roughly 80% of the entire country? or would you rather complain about it, and not take action. Also, the stupid idea about things losing value quickly... you buy a brand new car, you lose value. Is this anything new in the last 100 years? if you buy a new car and are surprised by depreciation, are you really going to complain to your salesman? grow the fuck up. buy a used corolla maybe, jesus christ. I hate when people use the term snowflake, but it seems apt in this case.
